The problem was that she didn’t feel anything at all 😵‍💫, it was only a gram of Golden Teacher, so the question is. Did I do something wrong? Or should she try something stronger? I thought maybe Blue magnolia or McKenaii, or how is this better to consume? Recommendations please 🤧

A few mushrooms have grown eye balls to watch me while I sleep…

This hillbilly strain is nuts. Rather than forming individual mushrooms, it formed a dense, fleshy fungal layer on top of the substrate with a village of small fruits. I was going to just thin out the shrooms whose caps had opened and leave the smaller ones to grow, but I couldn't separate the individual fruits, so just ended up harvesting everything. I had to slice up the fruits and fungal base in order for them dry properly.

New dehydrator arrived today just in time since I'd had Huautla in the fridge since last night and my Burma needed picked today...well, half of them did. Leaving the other half until the morning. Almost 600g running through right now and will have around another 300g of Burma tomorrow and possibly another Huautla harvest.

Starting more agar plates tomorrow as well as tubs of NSS, Purple Mystic, and OB1. 😁

JMF is growing, Stinky Feet isn't stinky thank heavens, and Golden Halo is going to be heavenly! Plus PE is growing some chonkers while Illusion Weaver is making my dreams come true!

And not psychs but my Italian Oysters tower is doing amazing and I finished missing the tent tonight so hopefully it really takes off will all its new fae! I peeked in the 3 bags of the other towers and I think I'll 3 able to let them out by Sunday! ❤️🍄💪

Maybe I'll try a tower of cubes...but I just feel like it wouldn't go well. Maybe it should be a winter experiment, lol.

48hrs after pinning update on my GT inoculated via MultiSpore Syringe 1st week of Aug. Hoping to harvest first flush in another week or so, next on the roster will be a tub of Natalensis and a tub of Cube Blue Meanies side by side. Stay tuned

I first started looking at shrooms because of the reports of studies showing positive effects on mental health. Im just wondering if anyone here can testify to that and if so were the effects long lasting or do you feel the need to indulge on a regular basis?

First ever grow, B+ from liquid culture I found at a Wild Bill's Tobacco shop. 🤣 With such close proximity to Ann Arbor, I lucked out with some good genetics and chunky fruit! I just happen to be home almost all day today, so I'll be harvesting right as the veil breaks and running my dehydrator for a while.

Thanks to everyone who posts advice, questions, process pictures, issues... Going through posts here (rather obsessively) and talking to experienced growers in DMs has made this entire process seamless!

I have a full video of my monotub on my page, this is only a picture from it. In y’all’s opinion, does my grow look like it’s starting to pin? I also took the duck tape of the filters and changed the filters for safe measures. But I kept 2 of the 6 filters off and covered the holes with masking tape for a little more FAE. Is there anything y’all see that is concerning or something I should do differently? Thank y’all!

Long time (45yrs) consumer, first time grower.

I'm close to getting my first flush and thought I was set with my old dehydrator, a Sunbeam 5 tray KN128E. It only has an on/off switch, no temperature control and the operating temperature is 175F/80C. Reading through the posts it seems most use 100°-140° to dry shrooms.

Will I ruin my product drying them at this temp or can I just keep an eye on them and expect them to be done drying quickly? Thanks for your input!
