i've been playing magiа exedra for almost a year now, but recently some shit happened and I've never encountered anything like this before.

i downloaded the game not from official sources(more precisely—uptodown), cause this game is not available in my region. I downloaded it, played it via VPN and everything was ok, but when installing the latest update (at that time it was 3.19.1) my game got crashed(???).

no matter how many times I reload the game from different sources, every time I try to log in to my account, a window pops up saying "a new update has appeared, download it" and thats all

i did everything i knew, downloaded from sources other than uptodown, cleaned the store's data, i changed the VPN (ik it's sound stupid) but nothing

idk if anyone has ever encountered this, but maybe someone has ideas on what else to try cause watahell, I just want to play

I got a malware on my device and I did a factory reset on it, but with the rush I forgot to pass my Magia Exedra account to another device, and now when I try the data transfer it tells me to use the original device no matter what... is my account gone for good or is there a way for me to get it back
