New Rule
We have decided to add a rule about comments. When commenting on progress pictures, do not post an inappropriate comment on the poster's attractiveness. Commenting on how far they've come in their weight loss or telling them they look good is fine, but this is a place we want people to feel comfortable posting pictures of themselves.
Examples
Good/acceptable:
looking good
great job! you look amazing
Bad:
would bang
you're so hot

I have long searched out complex solutions to weight loss. I have experimented with other schedules, yet nothing seemed like a long-term plan. The revelation followed as i ceased to seek intensity and began to look at consistency.
I started by taking short walks daily and basic exercises home using exercise bands. No fancy, just coordinated movements of my legs, back and core. It was something that I could handle.
At one point, i was reading random fitness conversation on the internet and noticed that people were casually talking about things like exercise bands in various contexts and even in body size talks, where they mentioned a lot of products – even sure I've seen some sold on alibaba. it was not important to me because products don’t give you results please, but it demonstrated just how widespread these simple tools are everywhere.
I was more concerned with the way i felt. i did not feel weary or giving up in seven days. i was even sticking to it.
Gradually, my energy began to increase, and minor changes began to appear in my daily life and body. No big thing, simply gradual improvement.
it was the first time when weight loss did not seem like such a struggle but rather something that I could probably be able to sustain.

Do I look strong. Also, during the entire year, I gained and lost weight but overall gained a little bit of weight but not too much. I'm trying to grow the muscles. I eat a lot and don't gain much belly. It's the muscles and exercise.

Struggling to lose fat even after dieting and workouts? You're not alone. In 2026, fat loss is no longer about starving yourself or doing endless cardio — it's about smart metabolism hacks, hormone balance, and sustainable habits.
💡 Here’s what actually works:
✔️ Metabolism Boosting Foods – Think protein-rich meals, green tea, and natural thermogenics
✔️ Short High-Intensity Workouts (HIIT) – Burn more fat in less time
✔️ Intermittent Fasting (Trending in the US) – Control calories without strict dieting
✔️ Gut Health & Fat Loss Connection – Your digestion impacts your weight more than you think
✔️ Sleep = Fat Burn – Poor sleep = slow metabolism
🚫 What to avoid:

So I kept seeing ads about Citrus Burn everywhere… you know the usual “boost metabolism” and “burn fat naturally” claims. I usually ignore these, but curiosity got the best of me.
I decided to test it for 30 days and share a real, no-hype review here for anyone thinking about trying it.
Citrus Burn is a natural metabolism support supplement made with plant-based ingredients. It’s marketed mainly for:
Unlike extreme fat burners, it claims to work without harsh stimulants.
Honestly, nothing dramatic happened.
But I did notice:
No weight change yet.
This is where things started to feel different:
Still subtle, not magic.
This was the best phase:
At this point, it felt like my metabolism was actually improving.
Final results:
No side effects for me.
✔️ Natural ingredients (no crash feeling)
✔️ No jitters or anxiety
✔️ Gradual, realistic results
✔️ Helped control cravings
❌ Not an instant fat burner (takes time)
❌ Results depend on diet & activity
❌ Slightly expensive compared to basic supplements
Let’s be real—Citrus Burn is not magic.
If you:
👉 Then it won’t work.
But if you combine it with:
👉 Then it actually supports fat loss.
👉 Rating: 7.5/10
Citrus Burn is a good support supplement, not a miracle solution.
Best for:
Not for:
Yes—but with realistic expectations.
Think of it as:
Has anyone else tried Citrus Burn?
Did you get similar results or something different?

I’ve been trying to lose weight for a while, and honestly, the biggest change wasn’t crazy workouts — it was fixing what I eat, especially breakfast.
I started focusing on simple, filling foods instead of skipping meals or doing extreme diets. Here are some foods that actually helped me stay full, reduce cravings, and slowly lose weight:
🥚 Boiled Eggs
Super filling and high in protein. Keeps hunger away for hours.
🥣 Oats (Oatmeal)
Great for digestion and keeps you full longer because of fiber.
🍓 Berries
Low in calories but satisfy sweet cravings naturally.
🥛 Yogurt (preferably plain/Greek)
Good for gut health and adds protein to your diet.
🥜 Nuts (in small amounts)
Healthy fats + energy boost, just don’t overeat.
🌱 Chia & Flax Seeds
Helps with digestion and keeps you feeling full.
🍊 Fruits
Better than processed snacks and give natural energy.
🍵 Lemon Tea
Good replacement for sugary drinks.
I’m not saying this is magic, but these small changes made a big difference for me.
If anyone else has simple food tips that worked for them, drop them below 👇

Hi everyone!
I wanted to share my progress after 5 months of focusing on my health and fitness. I started at 187 lbs and now I’m down to 155 lbs, which means I lost 32 pounds while also building some muscle.
My main goal wasn’t just to lose weight but to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I focused on consistent workouts, better eating habits, and staying patient with the process. Some weeks were slow, but staying consistent made a huge difference.
What helped me the most:
I’m still working toward my goals, but this progress has motivated me a lot.
If anyone is starting their journey, don’t give up. Small progress over time really adds up. 💪

F/38/5’10” | 260 lbs to 165 lbs | 95 lbs Lost in 30 Months – My Sustainable Weight Loss Journey
Hi everyone 👋
I wanted to share my long-term weight loss transformation in case it helps someone who feels stuck right now.
I’m 38 years old, 5’10”, and over the past 30 months I went from 260 lbs to 165 lbs — a total of 95 pounds lost.
This was not a quick diet. It was slow, steady, and focused on building habits I could actually keep.
I started by tracking my calories to understand how much I was eating.
No crash diets. No starving. Just a small calorie deficit and consistency.
Protein helped me stay full and protect muscle while losing fat.
Simple meals:
I focused on:
This helped improve body composition and prevent muscle loss during weight loss.
The biggest change was mental:
Some months I lost 2 lbs. Some months I maintained. But I never quit.
Sustainable weight loss takes time.
30 months may sound long, but it allowed me to:
If you're starting at a higher weight, don’t rush. Focus on habits. The time will pass anyway.

For the longest time, I felt completely stuck.
I was eating “healthy,” trying to move more, cutting sugar — but the scale wouldn’t move. Even worse, my energy was low and cravings were constant. It honestly felt like my metabolism just slowed down.
Around month 3 of no progress, I realized something important: I wasn’t supporting my metabolism properly. I was only focusing on calories, not how my body was functioning internally.
So here’s what I changed:
• Increased protein intake
• Drank more water daily
• Walked 8–10k steps consistently
• Focused on sleep (huge difference)
• Added a natural metabolism-support supplement
Within a few weeks, I noticed:
Nothing extreme. No crash dieting. No starving. Just consistency and better metabolic support.
I’m not saying supplements are magic — they’re not. But combined with better habits, they can make the process smoother.
If anyone is stuck in a plateau, my advice is:
Don’t just cut more calories. Fix sleep, stress, protein intake, hydration — and then look at supportive tools if needed.
Sustainable progress > fast progress.
Happy to answer questions if anyone else is stuck like I was.

I'm trying to diet. I wasn't very successful at first, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. At 230lbs after the up and down, I downloaded the loseitapp and then lost 2lbs and it went to 228lbs.
