I dont wanna gate keep, but pretty sure it's still kernel-space level anti cheat, right?

Absolutely, and BPF LSM actually gives control of your machine to the anticheat 

Linux kernel docs: 

"BPF programs allow runtime instrumentation of the LSM hooks by privileged users to implement system-wide MAC (Mandatory Access Control) and Audit policies using eBPF."

this feels like the "verify your age with a identity card pic" but for my whole pc.

meanwhile mac users found their way of emulating cs2 on apple silicon and played with no issues regarding kernel drm
