Usually days to a week.

They are usually not far behind, but I could see it taking a bit longer being the switch to Wayland only.

Usually a day or two, but will likely be longer this time, as the Fedora repos are frozen due to the imminent F45 release.

There's a copr by the Fedora Plasma packagers that should have it much earlier.

Anyone else have random stutter if they have the dock set to pop up when moving the mouse down to it

They finally deprecated themselves.

Good riddance, I have been building my own QT based environment for a while now.

... the better accessibility they felt important enough to bring to the front is a clicker?

i am not saying that isn't a cool thing to have but, um... wayland-only is really screwing over a lot of people with accessibility needs and none of those issues have been addressed and so it's a little "cherry on a sh*t sundae"-esque I'm afraid.

(sorry to be so negative but, gheez...)

A dwell clicker was the main thing missing in Wayland from the X11 session, with regard to accessibility feature support - screen readers have been working fully for a while, I think even including mouse review. Keyboard input accessibility had its missing bits filled in throughout the 6 series, Slow Keys was the major missing one which came with 6.6. Magnification and other visual effect have been working for a good while, usually better than on X11.

Dwell clicking only had KMouseTool, which was X11 only. So the new feature closes a major gap.

(As usual, there's a bunch of more accessibility improvements coming with 6.8, but those are not release note material)
