The 2 bags were of broken down partial sets with mismatched figures scattered throughout. This is after some sorting and matching of complete figures.

Rest in piece, LEGO Koopa the Quick.

This is not my original idea but just inspired by what I've seen people do

I spent all my per diem money on it

Went to move the arm on my absolutely mint radaghast to place his stick/ staff in his hand and it just completely disintegrated. My fingers went straight through it breaking the arm and back, sending the legs flying…I’ve never seen a Lego mini figure break like this.

Gimli's been on my keys since 2012. I even lost them at the Bonnaroo music festival in 2013 and was able to get them back a month later because he was a good identifier.

He's still in great shape despite it all! Props to my nephews for repeatedly replacing his hands - we have given up on getting them to stay in at this point.

Here's to another 13 years!!!

All Smash Bros Characters w/ LEGO Minifigures so far + full roster of fighters represented in LEGO

if i had to guess since there's a Street Fighter set rumor going around we'll probably get Ryu (maybe Ken) as minifigs in the near future but this also could just be it for a while so who knows

also for anyone asking mega man is from fortnite (lol) and daisy is a decal of the Super Mario Land cartridge art in Game Boy set 72046

It's bittersweet but over the last few years I've realized how much of my lego budget went into maintaining this collection. This is not every single SW fig ever, but it's a good 900+ unique figs and then all the ones I had multiples of.

2024 and 2025 were the years I think I came to terms with this part of the collection becoming more about maintaining it than enjoying it, so after 27 years of collecting Star Wars figs I sold the whole dang lot of them.

Pic is from a few years ago, but obviously I continued to buy every set with a new fig up until the $1000 Death Star (which i don't hate as much as some). But that was the set that broke me and convinced me to sell this money pit.

Still very much in the hobby, I do all the Modulars, and what ever catches my eye from ideas and Icons. I just don't want to continue buying sets I only want for the figs. Gonna have to purchase some Friends sets just to balance out the bins of grey I've amassed from all these sets!

I guess we’ll have to keep them in the box for another few months…

It’s the upcoming Aunt Marge minifigure
