Speed Builds I Spent 24 Hours Animating This NOSTALGIC LEGO® Sea Serpent Speed Build Stop Motion
No AI, 1,294 pictures taken (24 fps), 24 hours (building scenography, animating, editing), fueled by 6 coffees. Initially, I was thinking about a default setting for this speed build (my desk, no extra scenography), but since this set is so nostalgic, I couldn't resist mimicking the vibe from the original LEGO 6057 Sea Serpent box design.

This would have been an amazing ad for the set....it certainly got me looking into how to get one.

Superb work! I did a stop-motion Space film in Super 8mm decades ago and I still recall very keenly how grueling and time consuming this can be.
LOVE the wave effect, LOVE the minifigs spinning around as they materialize.
Great stuff!

LEGO should hire you to lead their marketing team. This is fantastic, totally captured the spirit of LEGO.

How do you make the pieces look like they are floating before falling into place?
