Post in this thread to get help with your purchases! Please include pictures of the front and back of the card, as well as what album/merch it's from. If it's a POB, include the store that it came from (Apple Music/Makestar/Ktown4u etc). You can skip this information if you don't know where the card is from, but it will make it a lot easier for me/others to search for the card. It also helps to include where you bought from/where you will be buying from to determine if the card is legit.
Some things to keep in mind:
Scams to look out for:
Mercari Japan has had a big upswing of fake rare cards. Thankfully, they don't put much effort into making their listings look 'legit' so it's pretty obvious if you don't just impulse buy. Here is an example. Only 7 sales (at time of writing), rare cards from every big group, and the card quality looks terrible.
Signed cards weren't always common. Some groups like Twice did not sign cards at all really before recent site specific pre-order benefits and lucky draws. Here is an example of a fake signed card. If you click through to their profile you can see they somehow managed to find 100s of these signed cards "from other websites" and once again, they are all from the most popular groups.
These random signed stage photos with a "Hollywood Style Inc Certificate of Authenticity". I can't confirm that all signed stage photos are fake, but legit ones are rare enough that I would be extra wary when buying.
If the album is signed by more than one member, check if the pen pressure looks the same on each signature.
Resources to help you verify:
Youtube - You can look up unboxing videos of other's fansign albums to see preorder benefits and member signatures.
Instagram - Same thing as above. A lot of people post pictures/clips of their preorder benefits and fansign albums. Collection photos often show off these as well. There are also some accounts that have guides on member signatures.
Twitter - There are accounts that scan photocards which could help you verify proper level of zoom if you worry a card is cropped etc.
Ebay - Search for past sales for comparison of prices and product photos.

I haven't had a great experience with delivered korea for my kpop collecting. first of all the customer service takes far too long for them to respond almost 5-7 days for an answer and then I reply and have to wait another 5 days. also i don't get why they made you pay $5 to bin and item in your warehouse as you're already losing what you paid for anyway. last time i paid the $5 to dispose of my item and they claimed i never paid it, almost charged me double. i've also had issues with them adding the domestic shipping fee to individual sellers on Bunjang into the total items price instead of the shipping fee price (which most proxy services do). both packages i currently have in my warehouse (that have both been consolidated) are now over the threshold for customs fee and VAT to my country due to the shipping price being added for every single item. It sucks as i carefully added the prices to avoid customs. i've asked for my packages to be unpacked but i'm probably going to have to pay for that too, when the initial consolidation was for free. anyone else had problems with them?

Finally able to put all my albums onto shelves after being in piles for forever! Been an ARMY since 2017 but only started collecting recently. Sneak the Tottenham Hotspur shelf- you could say I was the target audience for BTS ARIRANG London at THFC Stadium š¤£
One gripe I do have about BTS & their albums are the differing sizes š the ones too big for the upper shelves (RPWP & Hope on the Street) I had to put underneath the desk.

I do have another TxT album but it's not with me at the moment. All these albums are brand new, which I've never seen in record shops where I got them from which was nice.

So some background before my rant. I sore a lot of people promote Sunbaeshop and looked around to see if they are legit (probably like many other people) and well I go for it. I bought a colab keychain from one of my favourite groups. It came in the expected time, in amazing condition (brand new). I emailed them during its delivery and I got a very nice response after a few days. I was very happy about it so I saved them to see if they have anything else i might like in the future.
After a few months I look on there website because i sore there was new stuff, and there was one piece i liked and bought it. Now this was in April, and are now in October and have gotten nothing. So i email them three times and have still gotten nothing no update other then the same message "We are preparing your order for dispatch" and "Tracking information isn't available yet. Please wait" so i have for almost 8 months and it has still not come and no updates what so ever. ššš
I've asked for it be cancelled and refunded, or an alternative to it, and or any updates politely in all the emails but have yet to receive any acknowledgement to them.
I don't know what to do? Has anyone else experienced this before with them? ššš

This is Wilddd, but I bought the Red Velvet LaVAzza Photocard set on Shopee for 5$ which is a standard price for this set, since it comes with every purchase of a drink.
The original set (on top) has a darker hue to it with a more pronounced saturation even somewhat blurred, while the one I got is crystal clear yet the skin tone looks like a TikTok filter. Then, I look closer and firstly the corners are off and the pc is slightly smaller but I noticed the lack of hair strains on Wendy and the extended sleeves on Seulgi which made me think that this is Canva enhanced or something š Just be careful yall (I did get a refund)

Iāve had like 2 orders cancelled on bunjang recently now and the last one actually hurt. It was a Felix lucky draw Iād been hunting since MARCH. I checked out, was literally so happy and the next day it just said cancelledš
And the worst part is you canāt even message the seller on global version app. After you pay, bunjang reaches out to the seller for you and the seller either accepts or doesnāt. Korean buyers on the regular app can just dm them first like hey is this still available. We donāt get that so weāre basically finding out after we already paid
I got kinda obsessed and started paying attention and Iām pretty sure itās almost always one of these:
It sold somewhere else first. Tons of sellers post the same pc on X, IG AND bunjang at the same time and whoever pays first gets it.
The listing is really old and the seller forgot it existed. Like they traded it away months ago and never took the post down. You buy it, theyāre like oh wait I donāt have that anymore, boom. cancel.
They found damage when they went to pack it. A dent or scratch that didnāt show up in the pics, or the albumās missing the pc or poster. Ngl this is the one Iām least mad about bc Iād rather get cancelled than open a dented pc
The seller just never accepts. Most of them respond within a few hours or like a day, but some people just donāt open the app and your order sits there in limbo until it gets cancelled. Love that for us
The price went up. This one makes me SO mad. Comeback drops or some pc goes viral, the price jumps and suddenly your orderās cancelled. And then a few days later the same pc is back up for more š
Things that have helped me along the way are:
Oh and if you use a separate proxy for regular bunjang instead of global, they can usually message the seller before buying, so ask them to double check stock on anything hot.
The one thing is your moneyās still held by bunjang not the seller, so when stuff gets cancelled the refund just goes back to your card in a few business days on its own. Iāve never had to chase anyone for it at least

I have a bunch of albums from various artists and I want to be able to display them, but I donāt really like the look of putting them all on a bookshelf anymore. Do you guys have any unique ways you display albums that can make it look more interesting?

hi! new here so if im going against the rules please lmk. I have these two pcs from the same lucky draw if anyone can help me identify the real one š im assuming that lucky draws are more consistent and it would not be possible for both to be real š¢ the darker color seems more consistent on different listings I have found but cut compared to the one on the left seems off. thickness of both cards is also pretty similar

i am based in the US and have just found one of my most coveted collection items on bunjang. Its a kpop vinyl I've been on the hunt for. it's hard to get it in the US and I've seen it listed for at least $150 if not more. i have never used a kaddy before but if i were to buy it on bunjang and send it to one, should I expect the shipping and tarrif prices to make it insanely expensive?
i would also bulk order photocards and smaller items as well before shipping to the US, but would it make more sense to buy the vinyl overpriced here given the vinyl size/weight with shipping ?

I was browsing the Tmall store and added some items to my cart. But when Iāve place my Philippine address, the store says that there is no delivery service for my address.
Does Tmall not actually deliver directly to the Philippines or do they not have a third party provider for overseas shipping?
Anyone who has experienced similar from Tmall or Taobao? Tips and advices would be appreciated.

I've had a bit of luck at my local Barnes and Noble stores, they have a decent bookshelf or two dedicated to kpop albums. Stock varies from store to store. I see albums listed as Target or Walmart exclusive, but I can never find them in the actual store.
I have ordered from Target and they arrive all beat up, like just thrown in a box and shipped without protective paper, nothing. I'm hesitant about Walmart shipping because I've also seen how things are packaged that are non-CDs. Barnes and Noble has done me well with shipping plus I have the member discount, but they don't always have the albums I want in stock and I don't get to choose the cover/bias if there are multiple. I've been looking into Kpop USA and have a cart saved, but haven't placed the order yet.

Hi, I'm a fan of the group ILLIT. Recently when they released an announcement of merchandise being pre-ordered, I wanted to buy one of those items, specifically the Ball Cap press start encore. My question is, was there ever a time in the past where the sold out products get a restock after it sold out quickly? And is there a chance this particular product will get a restock or will there be no hope?

Heads up: it's German-language and built around shipping within Germany for now (Pocami).
I collect Stray Kids and at some point I stopped counting how many WTT posts I wrote without getting anything back that actually fit. The problem isn't that nobody has my card, it's the manual searching.
So I built Pocami. You enter what you want to trade and what you're looking for, and when it works both ways with someone, the site tells you. You can also build your wishlist on the site and automatically get notified when a matching trade could happen (based on your wishlist and another user's wishlist :D)
Payment and shipping you sort out yourselves, there's nothing built in for that. What I'd like to know: are group, album, member, card type, variant and condition enough to pin down a card exactly? Or is something missing that matters when trading?
Would love to hear your thoughts! :)

Hey everyone! I was curious on how often you guys are buying photocards , do you buy one here and there or buy in bulk? Also are you mainly collecting your bias or do you try to collect all the members?
