The real problem here is these trains that aren't yielding out of the way of these cars. Don't they know cars have all the rifhts?! This train could have very easily swerved out of the way and avoided all this trouble...
/s in case any one doesn't get it

Atleast this person stuck around. Though to be fair, they had no choice by the looks of things.

GRT should refund month pass users. So many accidents and the shuttle bus doesn’t even run every 30 mins when there is disruption

We’re going to run out of trains at this rate - there was another collision just yesterday…

Most of these are just fender benders. The region has lots of money to replace the area that would have been damaged in these collisions. I don’t think there has been any accident where the lrt was a write off.

I would hope this would be paid by the liability insurance of the idiot in the truck rather than the region's budget.

Gotta love how these idiots end up wasting half an hour because they gouldn't wait 3 minutes...

I have a dash cam that records audio and hubby will often download the content for the colourful commentary I apparently provide. I shake my head but honestly, not exactly surprised.

Whenever I've come across the ion which isn't everyday but I've never been confused about when to go and when to stop. Every intersection is clearly marked when you can go and cannot.

… how? How the fk do idiots still keep running into a giant freaking blue train?
Honestly I feel like something needs to be done about this. Perhaps a bylaw enabling the region to fine the offender much higher amounts?
All these easily preventable accidents are costing the tax payers money and municipal labour that could be devoted to other things.
