Hey everyone,
I'm currently running a media and marketing company based in Pakistan. We've built a pretty strong portfolio, worked on different kinds of projects, and have a team capable of handling creative, marketing, and operational work.
Things are going well locally, but I've been thinking about how we can take this beyond Pakistan.
One opportunity I'm exploring is partnering with international marketing agencies and businesses that want to outsource part of their operations to Pakistan.
For example, we could act as a back-office or white-label team for companies in the US, UK, UAE, or other markets, handling things like digital marketing, content creation, video editing, graphic design, social media management, advertising, and other day-to-day operations.
I'm also interested in exploring opportunities outside traditional marketing, like e-commerce operations, inventory management, administrative support, and other business processes that could be managed remotely from Pakistan.
The idea isn't just to find more clients. I'm genuinely interested in building long-term partnerships where we can help international companies scale their operations while building a stronger business here.
I know there are companies already doing this successfully, but I'm still figuring out the best way to enter these markets and connect with the right people.
So I wanted to ask:
- Has anyone here successfully expanded a service business internationally?
- How do you approach agencies or companies that might be interested in outsourcing or offshore partnerships?
- Are there any industries or services where you see strong demand for a reliable back-office team?
- Would a partnership or revenue-sharing model make more sense than a traditional outsourcing arrangement?
I'm particularly interested in hearing from agency owners, founders, consultants, or anyone who has experience building cross-border business partnerships.
Not here to sell anything. Just looking to learn, exchange ideas, and hopefully connect with people exploring similar opportunities.
Would appreciate any advice or experiences you can share.
