He's wrong. You can't tax churches because of the tax code. If you change that, then you can tax churches. Regardless of what pastors do or don't say.

And it should be changed. No logical reason why churches should be exempt.

Churches just need to do their taxes where any amount that goes to legit charity like functions is tax free but the rest is not. I’m sure that’ll get abused but as long as there is decently funded enforcement (another thing IRS needs but separate issue) the abuse would be limited and palatable given they’d have to do a lot of charitable stuff to even be able to hide those taxes.

Them not declaring all of the income is the much harder part but that’s just something that you can’t get around without unconstitutionally tracking people’s religious service attendance and donations.

I wouldn't risk giving them loopholes. Loopholes get abused. Tax their money as you would for any other enterprise.

Pretty sure for most enterprises when they spend on charity stuff that income gets deducted from their tax bill. So it’s not really even a loophole, it’s just trickier with a church because how do you exactly do that when it wasn’t a contributor but instead was a pastor opening up the building for refuge in a storm (or refugees if you have an actually decent person pastor, rarer than it should be)? Some of the expenses of the building, any staff’s time, etc has to be figured.

The maximum is up to 10% of income for charitable deductions. Opening up their own doors wouldn't count. It would be something they would do out of their own kindness. Where the rubber meets the road, so to speak.

Just casually vilifying and dehumanizing people calling them demons.

Basically, an evil woman. Associated with sex and manipulative behavior. Wikipedia has an article on her if you want more info.

Conservatism goes against Christianity

If they even mention politics they should be taxed and charged back taxes.

Not taxing churches is just current policy. We can absolutely change that policy any time We, The People decide we want to. There's no magic physical thing stopping anyone from doing it.

They broke the rule. Every fucking church, in person or online, should be taxed at this point. Whether they are political or not. The bad eggs have ruined it for everyone so complain at them.

I am a proud Jezibel. He says it like it's a bad thing.

Ah, someone hasn't heard of Church Tax. Several European countries have it. The congregation pays. It takes a little paperwork but the non-religious can opt out.

He clearly thinks commas ARE taxed though, no matter who uses them.

Tax baby, tax. Churches shouldn't get a free ride.

Yeah, sounds just like Jesus . . . Not.

He definitely SA’d a lot of women. Zero other reason to support Trump at this point unless you’re a pedo, rapist or fraudster.
