Food Pics One of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. And it was nearly 14 years ago.

Question Am I just gluttonous? 😔😆
I go to innout weekly, has been my favorite food since I can remember and If I don’t limit my self to weekly I’d seriously go every other day… when I go I always get a 2x2 3x3 and light fry (I know it’s insane but I go feral at innout even tho I eat very normally anywhere else 🤣 I was discussing with my brother how many 2x2s I can eat and I think I can handle 4 or 5 am I psychotic or are there any other fellow feral innout goers??

Huge shout out to the In-N-Out in Indio. The best tasting In-N-Out I’ve ever had to date.
I went to In-N-Out this past Sunday after head trip, it was the best In-N-Out I’ve had in my entire life. The whole experience was as perfect as it can go there was no line only two cars in line. Food was fresh delicious hot while seasoned everything was perfect. The fries were light well and oh my God amazing. Probably caught this location before the rush of everyone leaving the festival, but I’m glad I got there when I did. Huge thanks to everyone there if they’re reading this you guys are the best.

Cold drive thru food.
I was waiting behind this drive thru line that seemed to move at a snails pace midday. That part I was fine with. But, by the time I got my food it seemed like itd been sitting around for a good 5-10 minutes. She handed me my bag and it wasnt until I got home 2 blocks from the restaurant that i realized how cold the food was. The fries cooked well are usually hot but they were warm too. The bun was also overcooked and hard on the edges.
Before you all go off saying "what do you expect? its only x amount of money?". Well if I wanted cold food Id go to Wendy's. This is the second time ive encountered this issue.
Anyone else encounter cold food straight from the window?

In n out is delicious but in the 2000s and 2010s it tasted better.

Food Pics How would you rate this? It looks kinda sad to me
Barely any lettuce. Cashier mistakenly put raw onions on the order and the extra whole grilled onions are barely grilled.
Grilled Cheese, grilled onions, extra whole grilled onions, add chilies
📍Store #107 (Santa Clarita, CA)

Food Pics What's the biggest burger you ate?
I smashed this 8x8. I ordered a Double Double and three Flying Dutchman to make the 8x8.
Should I attempt a 10x10 next?

Does anyone else's partner just not get the Animal Style thing
My partner of 12 years still orders a plain hamburger every single time we make the hour drive to In-N-Out. I sit there with my Animal Style fries and a 3x3 feeling like I'm experiencing something profound and they're just eating... a burger. Nothing on it. No spread, no grilled onions, just meat and bun. We've been together since grad school and this is the one thing I cannot crack about them. They think I'm ridiculous for planning our whole Boone-to-Charlotte trip around when we can hit the In-N-Out and I'm standing there looking at the secret menu like it holds some kind of answer. PT school taught me patience but this tested it. They're not wrong that it's just fast food but also they're wrong. The 2021 NFT thing made me question a lot of my decisions but Animal Style has never let me down. At least this obsession is cheaper than JPEGs. Anyone else watch their partner order the most boring thing on the menu and wonder how you share a bank account but not a palate?

Verbal Warning INO
okay so my manager said they added a note to my file for an issue I had (nothing serious to get a write up) but that next time it’ll be a write up, just wondering if anyone knows more about details on notes on files , and if that affects you in any way and who usually sees it.

Anyone get tired of employees repeating your order 3x in the drive thru?
I honestly feel like its overkill and not necessary. Especially when I customize my orders so much lol

Fremont NSFW
If you follow r/golf you know Fremont has been very popular lately. Let’s put some respect on their in n out.

Not unexpected. I'd pay a lot to get my double-double fresh to me without having to wait an hour in line.

Salads?
Okay so a few nights ago we were kind of busy later at night and a family came in and they ordered and the wife mentioned she was vegetarian or vegan (idk which idk the difference) and my manager was on board and overheard, and asked her if she wanted a salad? ?? Well she cut up some lettuce tomatoes and put it in an animal fry box and put grilled onions and spread on the side…like idk if this is allowed lol but does anyone think in n out could actually implement a salad? Feels like a good alternative since they already have all the ingredients and it doesn’t branch far out
New Hire Counter Hand-Out/General New Hire Tips?
Hey everyone! I'm a newer employee (about 2 weeks in) and just had my first shift on counter hand out. I've mostly been on prep so far, and I felt like I was expected to be in two places at once, pouring shakes for orders while also making sure I was at the counter whenever a customer walked up. I was also trying to communicate with the fry table, which was a lot to keep track of. Does anyone have tips for hand out? Especially how you juggle shakes, customers at the counter, and staying in sync with the fry table without getting overwhelmed, and anything that helped it click faster. Thank you!
