Discussion Why does my chai taste so weird?????

yaar i am so irritated with sweeteners at this point.

i don't even drink that much chai sirf 2 cups a day. That's it. I thought replacing the sugar to make it a little healthier, thought it would be the easiest thing ever!

But nahhh

bought a stevia one. 1st sip was like… why does my chai taste like that?❌

and before anyone says you get used to it, i gave it a proper shot. Maybe 10 din. I kept putting less and less cuz I thought I'm probably using too much. Still didn't like the aftertaste.

then i bought sugar free because my logic was basically “fine, this one is popular, maybe i am being dramatic.”

my mummy actually giggled after trying my chai. 😭

Diet/Recipes Meal Prep as working professional as punjabi

It might be funny to some, but I am 31 now. Since childhood, I have been eating parathas for breakfast, paneer for lunch, and rajma or chana for dinner. These are just a few examples to give you an idea. For the last year, I have been working out and trying to lose my belly fat. I managed to lose some weight, but my belly remains. I have stopped eating parathas, junk food, and many other things I used to have, especially frozen food.

My problem is that I cannot decide what to eat regularly. I can have four eggs in the morning and oatmeal for lunch, plus whey protein. However, I cannot eat more than 100g of chicken. I eat chicken, but I am still not over the "chicken is a bird" phase; sometimes I am comfortable, but other times it is difficult to eat that much. Can someone help me with meal prep ideas? I am 5'8" and weigh 65kg. And to be honest. I easily get bored as the punjabi in me wants tasty fried food l

Ask r/indianfitness R-arthritis patient suggestions!

So my mother is a RA patient for last 10-15 yrs now!!

She is getting really weak , so i was thinking of giving her protien, as eating protien will help in decreasing inflammation & overall high protien diet will be good.

But the thing is she didn't liked the coffee flavour of nakpro isolate protien, so can anyone suggest other flavours?? I know it totally depend on her taste buds , but still suggest some .

I'm also thinking of giving MB omega 3 tablets to her.

Any suggestion related to this is appreciated , thank you.

Ask r/indianfitness What did you actually have for breakfast today?

Workday mornings are chaos. Curious how people here handle it:
1. What did you eat or drink this morning, and
when?
2. If you skipped it, why?
3. Have you tried fixing your breakfast routine? What happened?
Not selling anything, just curious.

Women Fitness Looking for an online 1-1 coach

Hey all, I’m looking for a fitness coach, preferably female - To help me with strength training and yoga/flexibility - varied routine 5-7 days a week.

Any recommendations? How much is this expected to cost roughly?

Please don’t DM me. Reply here with IG profiles of people you know/recommend. I’d like to work with an established professional fitness coach, not someone who is looking to start a business.

Ask r/indianfitness Vitamin melts vs gummies: what fits better into a fitness routine?

I have been trying to keep my nutrition routine simple alongside my workouts and noticed vitamin melts from brands like Wellbeing Nutrition. For those who regularly work out, do you prefer vitamin melts or gummies? Which format is easier to fit into your daily fitness routine?

Ask r/indianfitness First time taking Nakpro Impact Whey Isolate and got watery diarrhoea. Did anyone experience this and later tolerate it?

Hi everyone, I recently bought 2 kg of Nakpro Impact Whey Isolate in Cookies & Cream flavour, and today was my first time trying it. I mixed one scoop (45 g powder, providing 24 g protein) with milk. Around an hour later, I experienced stomach gurgling, abdominal tightness and watery diarrhoea.

I had eaten homemade pani puri earlier that evening, so I'm not sure whether the whey, milk or something else caused it. I regularly drink milkshakes and eat curd without issues.

Has anyone experienced something similar when starting whey? Did you eventually tolerate it, or did switching to water or reducing the serving help? I'd appreciate genuine experiences and suggestions because I don't want to waste my 2 kg pack, and I'm on a really tight budget.

Thanks..

Discussion Are people who go to Cult Fitness obsessed with Bonkers?

So, I recently joined Cult, and every day, for some unknown weird reason, I run into multiple people wearing Bonkers’ sweatpants to the gym.

I always thought Bonkers was primarily an athleisure brand rather than something you’d wear to actually work out in. Now I’m not so sure anymore.

I would’ve just asked someone at the gym but it’s Delhi NCR and I don’t want to risk it. People really do take offence at the most random things. Like “you made eye contact for more than five seconds, I am gonna beat you up”. 👁️👄👁️

Women Fitness Do you use different sports bras for running and gym workouts?

I started going for morning runs a couple of months ago and for the first few weeks i just wore my regular padded bra. It was pretty uncomfortable and the straps left marks on my shoulders. A friend suggested trying a high impact sports bra so i got one from clovia. The support feels much better, and it dries pretty quickly after a sweaty run. The band is a little tight to pull on, though. i am planning to get another one or two but i am not sure if i need different types for different workouts. For those who run and lift weights regularly do you use separate sports bras or stick to one type for everything?

Ask r/indianfitness Need help with weightcut

I am 25 M, 174cm. My current weight fluctuates between 69-71kg. I had bulked upto 84kg to gain muscle. I am a semi professional footballer and I want to get completely lean as I feel I can perform more optimally. My weight goal is 60-63kg. I was able to get down from 84 to 69kg easily but now I feel plateued. I hit the gym 4-5 times a week and football trainings upto 3-4 times a week. The only problem is I have got micro eating habits which I feel are holding me back. For example I will eat 1-2 chakli here and there, tea and buscuits, etc etc which I feel adds up. What recommendations do yall have for me?

Discussion Foodstrong Whey Protein shows only 61g protein/100g? Batch T2609

Bought 1kg Foodstrong Whey Protein from Instamart for ₹2,000 during an offer. When I checked the authenticator and the protein test results for batch T2609, it showed only 61g protein per 100g.
That’s concerning for a whey protein product. Has anyone else checked their batch?
