Indian authorities are using abusive methods to crack down on thousands of peaceful protesters in New Delhi and other Indian cities.
The protests, led by the Gen Z Cockroach Janta Party, opposition parties, student organizations, and civil society groups, have demanded the resignation of the country’s top election official over alleged wrongdoing and the scrapping of a contentious voter list revision process.

Whenever people raise voices against any domestic policy or vote rigging in the elections, the reaction of the government is to beat them up and internet shutdown. But when an international NGO asks the government to stop beating those protesters, immediately the whole situation turns into something like "foreign conspiracy" or "sovereignty of India." It is astonishing how an innocent demand of democracy turns into an international conspiracy.
