Visual Aftereffects Saw this when I woke up

There was a pipe dripping water nearby, think it's a sunlight effect with the water hitting the floor.

The ripples remind me of a swimming pool’s surface. Are there any nearby?
What your eyes are focusing on are the negative of the surfaces reflection. The darker lines are the ripples reflecting light away from the wall/second reflective surface.
You can see this in indoor pools that have large glass windows or sunroofs. The light bounces off the water bouncing again off of the glass and then onto the floor where it is now much more visible.

That's intriguing, but no, it's not a pool. I don't live near pools. What happened is that there was a pipe leaking water droplets nearby (it was a leak), and I'm pretty sure they made the phenomenon when the sunlight came up. It was in the backyard of my house.
