hello! i'm a baby witch and i want to practice divination via osteomancy. i have a collection of bones and trinkets i could possibly use for this but i dont want to practice is unless it is an open practice. many sources say it's practiced in celtic, norse, african, chinese and native american cultures but others say it's open for anyone to practice.

i don't know which is true and i want to know from someone who actively practices and is educated weather or not it's an open practice. thank you!!!
