When I launch, the iVRy driver connects to the iVRy app on my iPhone (over Wi-Fi and over USB), but the app never replies. The driver then stays blocked inside SteamVR's device setup for about 17 seconds until SteamVR's watchdog kills vrserver. SteamVR shows error 301, and the next start is in safe mode with driver_ivry blocked. It happens on every attempt.
Setup
iVRy Driver for SteamVR 1.1.9.13 (Steam, public branch)
SteamVR 2.17.10 (public branch)
iVRy iOS app 1.1.9.2 (current App Store version)
iPhone 13, iOS 26.6, in a phone VR viewer
Windows 11 Home (build 26200) laptop: Core i7-12700H, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU (driver 617.14) plus Intel Iris Xe. vrserver, vrcompositor and vrmonitor are set to "High performance" in Windows graphics settings.
No other phones, Android devices or PC VR headsets connected. Windows Defender only, no third-party antivirus or firewall.
Steps
Open the iVRy app on the iPhone (unlocked, in the foreground).
Press Launch on "iVRy Driver for SteamVR" in Steam.
Result: "SteamVR Fail: A key component of SteamVR isn't working properly (301)"
Phone: Waiting for connection

Same ending over USB. The iPhone was trusted and Apple Mobile Device Service was running (iTunes 12.10.11 / Apple Mobile Device Support 14.5 at the time), with a USB-C to Lightning cable.

Network checks (Wi-Fi)
Phone and PC are on the same subnet, the phone answers ping, the Windows network profile is Private, and inbound allow rules exist for vrserver.exe and StartSteamVR.exe.
Bonjour 3.1.0.1 is running on the PC. The app advertises _ivry_display._tcp, _ivry_control._tcp and _ivry_motion._tcp, and all three resolve to the phone.
While SteamVR was starting, vrserver.exe held ESTABLISHED TCP connections to the phone on the display, motion and control ports the app advertised, plus a fourth port (probably audio). One more attempt stayed in SYN_SENT (probably the controller service).
A separate test client can also connect to the display, control and motion ports. The app sends nothing until it is spoken to, which I assume is expected.
So the network path works. The app accepts the driver's connections but never seems to answer, and the driver stays blocked in AddPendingDevicesToSharedState until SteamVR's watchdog (about 21 s) kills vrserver.
Already tried
[*]App open, unlocked and in the foreground before pressing Launch
[*]"Trust This Computer" accepted on the iPhone
[*]Starting SteamVR from the iVRy driver's Launch button
[*]USB, and Wi-Fi with the phone's IP entered in the driver settings
[*]Re-enabling driver_ivry after each safe-mode block. It fails the same way every time.
Questions
Is driver 1.1.9.13 with iOS app 1.1.9.2 and SteamVR 2.17.10 a supported combination?
Does the app need anything on the phone (a tap or a prompt) before it sends its device info?
I can email the full vrserver.txt and DxDiag if that helps. Thanks!
