I don’t usually take photos on my iPhone 13, but the scenery here is simply too beautiful to pass up.

My iPhone 13 is running latest iOS 27.0.1 and proximity sensors are not working for me, specially during call. Whenever I am attending a call, the screen stays on instead of turning off Not only this, but the auto brightness works properly only in extreme conditions, either totally dark or when I go outside. Looks like while fixing the Face ID problem on iPhone 18 pros, they have somehow broken older iPhones light sensor, ambient sensor or proximity sensor. I have tried everything which was available on the internet, but nothing is happening. Are you guys also facing the same problem or is it just me?

I'm debating the iPhone 13 mini though the big question is, for how long will it function securely? Personally I want to use a phone for a minimum of two years before getting a new one, every model seems to get only bigger and I'm sick of it. My biggest concerns are battery life as I love to listen to music for the most part of the day. Also how smooth does it run? I don't want to pay for a phone that could die on me just from trying to function, anyone any thoughts?

PS: si wife is may long brown hair color na payat with bottom teeth braces, no upper teeth braces and taller than her husband. Husband has some kind of scar on one side of his face or I dunno, maybe he just had an allergy like a hive that day and they have 1 little boy and 1 little girl if they will take their kids with them upon your meet up. I was browsing and suddenly safari stopped and closed and then all of sudden, all tabs vanished - 150 tabs gone! 😭 there were 10-15 important tabs. No history of those tabs too.

Hi everyone. I had my iPhone battery replaced at a repair shop for over €100, but it didn't help, and the phone still gets really hot. I use it without a case because it gets so hot ash. Do u have any advice on this? I’ve already did a factory reset. Maybe I should replace the battery myself? Which one should I order?

updated to iOS 27 a week ago and the only problem i have is the battery is draining like crazy. Going back to iOS 26.6.1 as the RC version is still being signed.

When i open the screen time to see the details it freezes like that, im on ios 27.0

I’ve had my iPhone 13 since it was released and absolutely love it. Other than the iPhone 6, it’s been a great phone and I’m not looking to upgrade anytime soon. Just wondering if the next greatest iPhone is available now or maybe future releases.

Hello, reddit folks..I'd maybe use your help here. My current Iphone 13, version 26.6.1 Is unable to update to IOS 26.7.1 or to IOS 27.0.1. It is always stuck on requesting the update.. I have tried basically everything that's available, low data mode is off, cleared storage, (over 30gb available) tried Wi-Fi aswell, and mobile data because I have a phone plan, deleting the update from my phone storage, then after restarting my phone and trying again, I am not using a VPN. I've done everything multiple times but after a while it just says that it couldn't update. I am wondering If anyone has the same issue and had a potential way it could have been resolved. Any help is appreciated.

So in short I am currently using the ip 13. Pretty happy with my phone until the past 2 weeks my phone starts lagging and apps freeze for 3,4 secs when <25% battery is left. I also updated the phone to iOS 27.0.1 2 weeks back so it might be cos of that but apart from this issue the phone works fine. Battery capacity is at 84% and I have the optimised battery charging toggled on since I bought the phone 3 years back. I am waiting for a new iOS update hoping it solves this issue if it’s related to software and I can keep using the phone as is for the next few months. Ik we r supposed to change the battery of the phone when the capacity gets less than 80%. In my experience when I last changed the battery of my last iPhone I.e ip 6s it only lasted a yr. I want to know ur thoughts, what would u do in my situation- would u change the battery or would you upgrade to ip 17(asking cos it’s on sale in my country rn)? Apple has increased iPhone prices and in general cos of ram shortage the prices for electronics have increased. I don’t see apple decreasing the prices in the future which is why I m confused what decision I should make.

Never ever owned an iPhone and i'm currently in a search for a new phone so instead of buying another Android i want to try the iOS and see what the fuss is all about.
Initially i was looking for iPhone 15, but then i realized whatever i buy it will be a new experience plus i don't want to spent too much while stepping into an uncharted territory. I might end up not liking it :P

So my question is - Will 13 be a good phone for the next 24 months?

I'm a basic user with few social media apps and few productivity apps here and there. I dont game, i don't watch any movies on such a small screen. Average SOT would be 3h. on a daily basis.

One other thing is i want to keep some of the phone fund for a MacBook M1 and try full Apple eco system to see how it will go.

So you see i want the experience, but i don't want to break the bank.

From what i've read and watched 13 is the lowest i should go while in the same time maintain all the core Apple functions and have some decent performance out of it
