Where can I get hellgate London?

So I've seen it on steam but reading the reviews it seems like it's not actually hellgate London but some stripped mmo version.

Best bet is to look on eBay for a copy, if you're looking for a legal way to get it.

It may take some time, but scouring ShopGoodwill for "game lots," you can sometimes see a copy in there.

So the laptop I play on doesn't have a cd drive, is there anyway for me to buy a digital copy which is why I was looking on steam

Not of the original 2007 release which is what you need. You will need an external disc drive

You can download an iso of the 2007, you just need the cd key, which is where TBGNP's suggestion kicks in. I dug out my old cd key from the garage and am playing off the installed iso no issues.
