Has anyone tried a post partum program/app that they really enjoyed and found to be helpful?! I’ve been working out for 10+ years and feel pretty confident in the gym/with movements, but I’d love to follow a program once I’m 6 weeks postpartum that specializes in movement after pregnancy to rebuild my strength/core before going back to my usual routine.

It would also be nice to just have something to follow and not think about it on my own lol. Any recs appreciated!!

Hey guys! I’ve been following this fitness influencer for a few years now, and she offers a $15/month subscription to a private Instagram account where subscribers are supposed to receive a new set of workouts every week.

She was pretty consistent with posting for the first few years, but this summer she started going weeks at a time without uploading anything. Now, she’s gone completely MIA for the past 6 weeks but is still charging subscribers every month. I know a few people have been asking for refunds and still haven’t received them for the months she’s missed.

I’ve tried reaching out through DMs multiple times with no response. I know some other people are having issues as well…..with both her gym program and home program. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this or had a similar issue with this fitness subscription?

I cannot understand who in their right mind would trust someone who is an unlicensed, uneducated person who’s only credentials are they they are an IFBB pro and that has absolutely zero correlation to working with women’s health, it’s actually incredibly unhealthy to get to that level of conditioning. I followed her back when she had around 20k followers a few yesrs back, its pretty crazy how fast shes gotten big. I liked her bc she made (still does to some extent) videos for skinny people who struggle to gain weight, shes shared a video which is in her pinned of her before and after. and it resonated with me a lot bc i never bought into the whole skinny trend bc i was always bullied for it when i was younger, and i still struggle to this day with maintaining a healthy weight due to low appetite, so it was a breath of fresh air seeing another woman who understood how i felt as so many ppl in the fitness communtiy either push for unhealthy habits or want to lose weight.

about year or 2 ago she started sharing her christian journey, i dont mind most christians, so it didnt bother me too much lol. im not parasocial, i dont know these people so i just ignore it.

but i cant help but be putt off by "jesus is king", she recently just added that. most people who have that in their bio are usually bigots. every time i see something hateful said by people on instagram have that in their bio. shes irish not american as well which is even weirder as its usually used by americans. and i dont think shes hateful at all.

I really don't like Greg Doucette. He's a bully who just makes attack videos on people. He's made like a million videos on Mike Israetel and Larry Wheels and when they get annoyed (anyone will get annoyed if people are making attack videos on them) he acts like he's the victim.

So which seems more likely? Greg Doucette was natural and coincidentally started taking steroids when he entered a natural bodybuilding show or Greg was always on steroids and claimed he started taking them when he failed a drug test. The latter is much more likely.

He also says people like David Dobrik are on steroids when he was much bigger than them when he claimed to be natty. So yeah Greg Doucette was never natural; he was always on steroids and he just lied about when he started taking them when it was convenient for him.
