No one talks about how difficult this exercise is

This exercise is the one I struggle with the most at the gym. At first, I’d lift 10 kg and break a sweat, but now I’ve made significant progress and can lift 30 kg. Even though I don’t like this exercise, it’s the one where I see the most significant difference in my workout.

Hello. New here! I’ve just started lifting and working out 3/4 days a week in Aug. 50lbs overweight, starting taking creatine 3 mg for now but I’m still sore from Mondays arm and Tuesdays leg workout. Any advice? Or is this normal?
