there is a station, katihar junction. i got defrauded. these guys are running fake syndicates. they owe some kind of iit fee. the caller will feel like they are from iit but they are not from iitc. they are selling old expired food like rice plus paneer, this kind of thing.

last night they were selling it for ₹150, ₹50. they will give you their thing but it is expired and dirty, not edible. the problem i got into is that he took my ₹500 note. they will not take an online transaction. they will say, "i don't have a phone. i don't have this. please give me cash."

after i gave him a ₹500 note, he ran away. i was mad and i also ran. then i chased him. he said, "no sir, i went to get the change. okay i will do the change."

There's an agency called jump up high the founder called me for interview after seeing my portfolio and i have never worked with ghy base company or gave interview here.The founder was a lady mostly gujju or marwa. She doesn't even know how to take interview and answer my simple industry base questions which we ask in agency for video editor or designer role. How many videos you guys do or the editor gets in a day do you work on ref she told me these r weird questions iam like huh?? She told me there is no number of videos we just work like it can be 1 video too or 1 static. I asked her to see their work it's really basic videos like 2016 core real estate videos with basic typo or static can be done with ai or canva easily but she were saying high quality engaging but barely has 500views.I told her it doesn't have much views people want stories nowadays she got offended i think she told me views doesn't matter but later she said she wants engaging videos she decides what gets approved can clearly see the entitlement with no knowledge what she was talking about.I asked her how many videos u guys do she couldn't answer that basic questions said there's no no.? Like how? Later she said 25 which is really less for someone who has work for performative marketing agencies who does 400 to 700 high quality videos a month.They don't have a camera men they shot with phone 😂. And she was judging my behance portfolio said she doesn't want something like this why even called me in the first place if u have already seen my work and don't want story telling content or aesthetic content what goes on reels and she doesn't understand what i meant. N she calls herself creative director ✨ showing me basic typos saying i want this typos i got know she doesn't have any idea how to take interview or knowledge about creative field like kuch. I'm a college student and a hosteller, and unemployed. That means I am tight on money.

But as a compassionate cat lover, I want to help the kittens and their mom. I feed the mother and kittens whiskas kitten food, both wet and dry, and also some treats. And shelter the kittens in my room while the mother roam outside.

The dog craves affection and deserves so much more than surviving on the streets. I often see it searching through garbage for food, and I am genuinely worried about its safety. There is also a fear of dog-nappers who may abduct stray dogs for the illegal meat trade.

I already have a 12-year-old senior dog at home who isn't comfortable around other dogs, and I live in a society where feeding strays can lead to complaints. Unfortunately, I cannot take this dog home myself.

I've been using Hinge and Bumble in Assam, and honestly, the dating scene here feels a little frustrating.

One thing I've noticed is that a lot of profiles seem to emphasize looking for friends, casual conversations, or just seeing where things go. And then there are prompts like "To win me over, take me on a bike ride" or "Good food and long drives" which is completely fine, but sometimes the profiles don't really give you a clear idea of what the person is actually looking for.

I'm not saying everyone should be looking for a serious relationship. Casual dating, friendships, and taking things slow are all perfectly valid. The frustrating part is the lack of clarity about intentions. You're on a dating app, you match with someone, and then you sometimes get the feeling that neither person really knows what they're looking for, or that dating itself isn't the primary goal.

Compared to other parts of India, the dating scene here feels much more passive. Is it because of social stigma, conservative mindsets, or just the dating culture here?
