I thought the jokes might have stopped at some point. But it's starting to get to the same level we had were people would constantly post real consoles saying they were the CPUs. I prefer discs as well, but this is the Neptunia subreddit not the playstation one It's off topic, normally that's fine but it's gotten spammy at this point. I know other users are starting to get sick of seeing it, please stop, and I'll be removing references to this sort of thing for while until it reduces in quantity.

Discussion r/Gamindustri Random Discussion October 2026: The Characters have new halloween costumes, what suits them best?

Sorry for the wait. Welcome to this week's random discussion thread. Here is a place to chat about anything at all, from topics about Neptunia to random events that are happening in your life.
Remember that if you have any problems you can always contact the mod team here.
Blanc would look good as a witch, and IF as a vampire, Compa a mummy, and Uni a cowboy. For something more odd I feel like Nep could pull off some kind of a carnivorous plant from Mario or Crash.

Question I'd like to show a friend Neptunia but I have no clue what would be a better start

Basically I want to show off the characters and story as I know they're not gonna play the games, and I was wondering if I should start with Rebirth 1 or 2 as the starting point.

Question VII or VIIR?

Upvotes
Just curious a little lost been seeing mixed opinions on whether you should play VII or VIIR. For context im a newer player started with Sisters vs Sisters. Really loved it so started looking more into the series finding out that it was a spin off lol. Currently on my first Re;Birth 1 play through. Just would like to know for when I get to this part of the series. Thanks in advance.
