So New New York is on stilts above old new York. So Where are the Sewers the mutants live in? When we see them go down the ladder to the sewers where the mutants live I'd be led to believe it's above old new York?

Then what about the limestone cavern/basement below planet express? I say that because in one episode the basement of the pizza shop was panuccis pizza which in itself doesn't make sense.

So what are we looking at?

Earth ➡️ Old New York Sewers ➡️ Old New York ➡️ New New York Sewers ➡️ Basements ➡️ New New York??

Or, is Old New York ALSO the Sewers??

Id like your thoughts

I remember how vocal Groening was about The Simpsons and The Critic crossover, to the point of having his name removed from the credits and refusing to participate in the episode’s DVD audio commentary.

However, I watched that episode when it originally aired (and several times since), and I never felt that the two universes clashed. In fact, I thought they complemented each other quite well, and in a very organic way.

On the other hand, I watched the Futurama x Disenchantment crossover, and it couldn’t have felt more forced.

What exactly is Disenchantment supposed to be in relation to Futurama? A vivid dream Fry had? A “parallel dimension” that can only be accessed while sleeping?

And more importantly, hadn’t it already been established that both shows existed in the same universe thanks to that blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo in an episode of Disenchantment?

What do you think?

Shut up and take my money!

Why not Zoidberg? Whoop whoop whoop

I've been trying to complete my collection of Futurama and was missing Volume 5. I found it on eBay from a seller that had a 99% satisfactory rating with over 250k items sold.

The Volume 5 BluRay was listed as new, and while I'm no expert, when it arrived, it absolutely looked like an original, professionally manufactured product that came straight from 20th Century Fox. Interestingly, the two discs included were properly labeled and again looked factory made.

To my surprise, when I played the second disc, it was a duplicate of the same episodes on disc 1. I see there was a 7-year-old post on this forum from a user that's now deleted, who had the same problem. I was just wondering if anybody else has recently had that kind of problem? (There were no replies)

Thanks

How are they allowed to bold-faced lie with the first words on the screen for multiple seasons? Do all of the prior seasons’ 31st Century Fox jokes mean nothing to them?

I figured this community would appreciate the name of my new robot vacuum/mop.

We printed out some stickers for him and the base to make it even better.

Also, cat tax prepaid.

I love how it's Fry that identifies such an obscure, historical tool.

my mom called so i paused my show, and i just had to giggle at this
