A few months ago i found this site that functions alot like google docs and microsoft office, where you go on it open a document and start writing, formatting, and exporting the file as a document, pdf, etc and i can't find it anymore and i cant remember the name.

I remember finding it linked from a comment or post i think on another subreddit and the person stated how they used it because google docs was actively reading and ai training on and deleting documents and what not so they used this alternative site instead because its privacy focused, i think free and open sourced and it didnt require you to sign up and didnt allow AI i think.
I remember the site being yellow and black and the logo was yellow. its been bugging me that I cant find this site.

SOLVED Edit: I just found it lol hours later It's called dDocs! https://fileverse.io/fanfic

By "interactions" I mean comments, retweets, and likes.

I guess what I want is basically a blog, but I've looked into this before and never found anything that does what I want and is also easy to use. I really don't want to have to self-host.

EDIT: formatting and clarification

Hello, I am trying to hide text with the way to reveal it being being highlighting it. I am trying to find a website that works a bit like the Wind Dings translator where you put text in, then it gets output as the invisible text I want, but as of right now, I can't find it because every single website I find is just putting in characters that completely redacted the text, or don't even let me INPUT the text I want and just give me hidden characters. If anyone can help me with this, that would be an amazing help.

No, it's not "texts from Mittens"

It was a website where it stated that the person set up a chat so he/she could receive messages from the cat while they were at work.

It was many years ago, and I do wonder if the original author let the domain lapse.

I’m looking for a forum that included a recipe for a “chili”. It was made of crumbled brownies with cayenne or ancho and a chocolate ganache topping to make it look like a chunky chili. I accessed it about 4 years ago but believe the actual forum was from much earlier.

Im looking for a website with a green honeycomb looking logo if I remember correctly, its a macros counting website. You put in all your info like height and weight and it tells you how much to eat to reach a certain weight goal (like bulking 25lbs before November) and breaks it down into how much protain, veggies ect using hand sized to measure eg: 1 palm of protein 2 closed fists of veggies ect

For example, a computer ad that says things like "the ray traces sing" or instructions for a lighting controller saying "ignite" and "extinguish" the light

I vaguely remember there being a site where you can enter practically any product, specific model, and or it's id and get a 3d render of the product inbrowser and you could sift through each part and layer, access names and dimensions for their parts and materials, and identify even the nichest screw. if you were looking for a missing part you could just put in the product and sift through the render until you found the part you were missing and hovering over it would give you all sorts of info and even where to get it. somehow i never really memorized it's name and just relied on my device to do it for me so when i needed a new laptop i didn't have a convenient bookmark to it and it could be completely unrecognizable. if you can't find it can anyone point me to something similar or someone who can

For context I used to use this website for double checking my english work for college. But as of this week I haven't been able to find it again.

I remember the design for it being somewhat green, and would have a first section that let you write in your essay or homework or whatever. Then you could select how strict it should be from senior to like junior or something. and next to that one was a similar one that let you select what kind of paper it was (essay, research report, etc).

After filling those in it would bring you to another page that graded your work. then showed you what specifically needed improvements.

the specifics had sections like grammar, how passive your writing was, how expansive your vocabulary is, among others. it would then show you an image of a crystal ball that had your grade inside as both a percentage and a letter.

If anyone knows the website pls let me know on this post. ill update if i find it

this is the video showing it please what website is that

Like if I wanted to *make up* an instruction manual or an advertisement that's meant to make fun of bad designs or something - like marketing the annoying parts as "features" because it's supposed to be a prank "gift" to someone you secretly dislike.

Looking for recommendation engine websites that can recommend similar books, movies, or TV Shows.

Taste Dive is very similar to what I am looking for but its recommendations feel very lacking to me, and don’t make much sense.

Additionally, Taste Dive separates its recommendations based on medium of media delivery. I’d prefer to have one list of a mix of different media that best matches the story I’m currently viewing.

Looking for any recommendations.

In the past year I used to play a hex code guesser website. The URL contained from what I can remember rather random letters, something along the lines of flqxr. For the design of the website, it was pretty simple, one colour filled the whole screen, you had about 6 guesses, or 4. Those guesses their colour showed on screen in smaller rectangles so you could compare and make a better guess. Those rectangles, if not yet guessed, they were filled with the same colour as the background, but slightly darker.

Awhile ago I signed up for some website that would let me uprate or downrate many different types of media and find new stuff I like but it's been awhile and I forgot what the name of the website is? Any ideas what it could have been? I already had hundreds of games/shows/movies/books rated so it would be nice to find the same one again plus it seemed to give really good recommendations. Thanks!

I need to make a world map of the world in 2135 and what the borders would look like so if someone finds a website that would be so much help.

Junkie man (not calling anyone a junkie that’s just what was in the title)

I’m trying to find a short video I used to watch back in the early days of YouTube. It’s pretty short—definitely under 10 minutes, and likely under 5.
Here are the details I remember:
**The Subject:** It's a quick, friendly, and very honest interview/chat with a guy who was struggling with addiction (likely heroin or meth, as his face was covered in scabs). He had a very short buzzed, almost shaved haircut.
**Appearance & Setting:** He was wearing a long-sleeved shirt that was primarily red (maybe, Montreal Canadiens jersey). They were sitting against a wall, possibly under a bridge (or a bridge was mentioned/implied in the conversation).

**Camera Angle & Framing:** He was sitting up against a wall with the person filming sitting next to him on his left. He was just turned toward the camera, speaking to the interviewer side-by-side.

**Location:** I'm fairly certain this was filmed in Canada, possibly Vancouver— or Montreal (it may have you said one of those cities in the title).

**The Intro Song:** As the video fades in, the intro plays a clip of the song *"Junkie Man"* by Rancid—specifically the chorus line: *"Junkie man, tell me what your story is."* In fact, I think this video is where I first learned that term!

**Title / Search Terms:** Back in the early 2000s, I could just search "junkie man" on YouTube and it would pop up right away. It's possible it was also on ebaumsworld.
(the interview itself could even be from the 90s. It’s just that it was posted in the early 2000s).

Does this ring a bell for anyone, or does anyone have a link or re-upload of this clip? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a specific website/interactive web app I used a while back.

What it does:
The website specifically asks you to record yourself delivering a short elevator pitch or professional intro into your microphone.

Instead of just giving generic delivery advice (like speaking speed or filler words), the AI analyzes your voice, cadence, and tone, then gives feedback on what hyper-specific persona, archetype, or regional accent you sound like.

Example outputs it gave:
"You sound like a Tech Bro from San Francisco"
"You sound like an actor from Los Angeles"
"You sound like a nurse from the Philippines"
"You sound like a professor from India"
It was framed as feedback on the exact "vibe" or impression your pitch leaves on a listener.

Important Notes:
It is NOT BoldVoice / Accentor. I know what that is, and this site specifically focused on pitching/personas rather than generic accent modification lessons.

i am trying to look for a websites i don't even know if they are active anymore but they were interactive live stream website. i think the last time i went on them was 5-6 years ago. i remember watching a youtube video about interactive livestream websites and thats how i found them years back but i can't remember the name of the video either i do really want to find the video too.

so the website is a livestream of like a persons office they have light bulbs you can turn on and off a plasma ball, a disco ball and i think a sign that you could write something and it would appear.

i hope that explains enough

Looking for this art trading website that I used 10+ years ago.

Basically you open packs of art from small digital artists with points that you get. You can get duplicates and you can then trade copies of that art you have on your account to other accounts in order to get the full collection from an artist's series.

It had a catchy but short name, if I can think of any other details then I'll edit this post with those details in a list.

Basically looking to input the words AND the shape/image and have to site or service recreate the shape out of the chosen input words. Here is a very basic example of what I mean https://ibb.co/rnDm0t0

Would like to do slightly more complex conversions. Not looking to use Ai and not looking to do it by hand piece by piece. This would be amazing if someone can link me to such a thing

Something like Notion, but that doesn't use AI.

I suffer from chronic illness and have a lot of dietary struggles that shift with my most prominent symptoms. What is safe for me to eat one week might be completely different the next, so figuring out meals is a huge chore. I want to make a database of all the foods / recipes I eat, and then add tags to them so I can hopefully streamline the process a bit.
This site, using Notion, is sort of what I'm going for but I'm heavily against anything that uses Generative AI like they do. The ability for others to be able to view / use it would be great too as most of my friends are in the same boat, but that's not as important.

Need to find a computer case website

Hello! I am looking to find a website I can design a computer hard shell protector on or insert a canva design.

I can’t find a case I like online and I want to make my own. All I am finding is places that do the cloth cases and that is not what I want. I would like the case to also be decent. It doesn’t have to be a high quality case.

I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch.

I want to collect mini county flags for every country I’ve been to, too put on my wall but I cannot find them sold individually, I don’t want a bulk pack since I don't know what I will end up with and I want them to be relatively cheap. does anyone know a website for this? 😔

Okay so this is a weird connection but I remember finding it through that old website dress up games.com,

but it was flash based and you clicked through different areas with different things to do like games and shorts, the only one I remember was some short about life with two guys on a conveyor belt and it plays out different life styles with one guy living a happy healthy life and the other the opposite and eventually his side of the conveyor belt leads into hell, weird I know

The only other thing i remember was this game where you decorated an egg and when you clicked on it you got to see what sort of monster or creature you made

Those are the only things I can somewhat remember about it lol

The best way I could describe it was trippy and hippie style with tie dye and eyes and mandalas?

Ring a bell to anyone?
(Every other similar subreddit has just hidden my posts asking this over and over and I’m desperate 😅)
