Found this while doing some research, something is off! Not sure if the stone cutter made the error or the paperwork was incorrect.

Small cemeteries are nice - you can walk the entire cemetery in a day - or less. But there may be only a few requests. Big cemeteries tend to have many, many requests, but can take days to walk.

Today I am going to a big cemetery:

Hope Cemetery: 168 acres, 55,000 memorials, 84% photographed, 290 requests (70 with plot information).

It's great exercise. Lot's of uphill, downhill. I've walked it before, and reduced 200 requests down to 120. It took seven visits. It bothers me when the number exceeds 200.

The cemetery is frustrating. There are many flat stones that are covered or buried, many areas with few stones, and many stones broken or illegible. There's good reason why I could only get 80 out of 200 requests on my first attempt.

I have 5 pages of alphabetized names, 2 pages of the names that have plot information, and 2 pages of the names submitted in the last two years, which I have never searched for.

Is there a page somewhere that you can check the status of the ticket? Otherwise, I'm really not sure how this is any improvement over the old send-us-an-email method.

What determines the order of the wives when neither of them has a marriage date entered ?

They're not in order alphabetically by 1st name nor last name. They are not in order by birth date. They are not in order by FG ID # or creation date (the one that is 2nd has a much lower # that only has 8 digits that starts with 5 and was created in 2010, the other is 9 digits that starts with 1 and was created in 2014) The new one added went to the top, but when I deleted the 1st one that was added and then re-added it, it did not go to the top. The only difference that might? affect it is the wife that is loading in 2nd did re-marry after the 1st husband died, the other wife never married anyone else. I can't figure it out !

fyi: for spouses that you enter both wedding dates, they appear in order by date; and if you know only one date, the one with a date will appear first.
