⚽ MISSING A SHAFT | PRO CLUBS RECRUITMENT

🗣️ WE WANT FOOTBALLERS, NOT FIFA PLAYERS.

Missing A Shaft are looking for players who actually understand the game.

We're talking confidence on the ball, quick decision-making, intelligent movement and playing for the team. We want players who can pass, create space, read the game and make things happen without trying to be the hero every possession.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

⚽ Confidence on the ball

🎯 Quick, intelligent passing

🧠 Football IQ & awareness

🏃 Movement off the ball

🤝 Teamwork over individual stats

🔥 Players who know what they're doing

NOT FOR YOU IF:

❌ You refuse to pass

❌ You constantly run into defenders

❌ You play for your own stats

❌ You think Pro Clubs means spamming skill moves and sprinting into dead ends

We don't expect perfection, but we do expect football intelligence, confidence and the ability to play as a team.

We want to build attacks, create chances, control games and play proper football — not watch 11 people trying to be the main character.

If you can play football rather than just play FIFA, Missing A Shaft wants you. 🫡

📩 Interested? Get in touch and let's see what you've got.

Our team is in need of the following positions, we need someone who is consistent and easy going- currently in elite division.

Message/ drop a comment if interested.

What actions/stats does the reaction star really improve in game? I could see interceptions being better, but does it also help with like making one touch passes/shots input faster so your player doesn’t take an extra touch sometimes?

I want to build a team in The Grounds, and dominate the 11 vs 11 leagues.

No greedy stuff until we are at least 3 goals up lol.

Message me or comment if youre interested.

Looking for good football minds to join our club.

Join the discord and drop your details in - The core squad have been together for a few years but we are looking to expand to 10+ AI keeper.

This isn’t a new issue. Same thing happened last year. I wasn’t even the one joining late. Score was 2-2 in the second half and the other team subs someone on, but I get kicked and can’t rejoin. Other team gets an advantage for needing extra help in the first place. Done with FIFA or FC or whatever, done with EA (College Football and Madden were just another facelift this year) fuck I might just sell my PlayStation at this point.

I’m lying. I need to play GTA.

Never played it much because of all the glitches. Two keepers, wrong formations, etc.

Hi all,
Curious to see what stats actually play a role in winning a header and which ones are more important than others, obviously jumping and heading accuracy are the main ones but I’m curious if strength and aggression also play a part and if so which one is more important.
Thank You!
