Does anyone know who this woman is from Fear Factor?

I'm trying to find the name of the female hairstylist/barber who cut Amy Jo's hair and shaved her eyebrows on Fear Factor in the episode "Leeches & Shaved Heads & Tear Gas, Oh My!" (2012).

She's the woman with black hair and tattoos in the screenshot I'm attaching.

Does anyone know her name or have any information about her? I've been trying to find her and haven't had any luck. 😭😂
