Whoever played it and said "yes we have a great game" should be fired.

After playing 4 and 5 and now the 6th it feels like graphics is the only thing that was upgraded, everything else was F:d.

The stupid soft rounds vs armor rounds, you can shoot 3 armoured rounds in a soldiers head without them dying! 🤣 But one soft round kills them.

I wanted to start playing one of the games in the series. I played a little bit of Far Cry 3 once, but I’d like to hear your opinions and find out which game I should start with.

I love far cry 5, new dawn, and primal. Far cry 4 doesn't even make my list absolute dookie dogwater. 6 was alright but far cry 5 will always be my favorite probably. It has the best soundtrack (keep your rifle by your side is an absolute banger). It has easily the best vehicles by a wide margin. All the weapons are awesome, but i do wish there was a few more. It has the best setting. Montana is absolutely beautiful and I feel the game did a very good job of capturing it. The whole plot and storyline is amazing, but I do wish I would get kidnapped less. All the specialists are really cool except for Jess who sucks and is really annoying. Needless to say Peaches is the best thing in any far cry game and I will actually fight you if you think otherwise.

Replayed Primal and thought an evolution of that game into a Mountain Man/trapping and hunting adventure setting would be interesting. I remember seeing discussions of the potential Alaska setting and I think it could benefit from turning the clock back to the mid to late 1800’s.

Why ?

I'm playing Far Cry 4, and I'm enjoying it so far, but my God, the wildlife in this game is insane. I understand that wild animals are dangerous and unpredictable, but they are true menaces. The eagles may be the worst. The rhinos that suddenly spawn during gunfights are insane too. It definitely adds a degree of difficulty

Might be a bit overrated but imo its only you, the whole series has "only you" actually contribute to whatever faction your apart of and allat

A few years ago, I approached an old friend with the idea to broaden our horizons into video content for Far Cry 4 deep dives and lore. After briefly testing the waters, she determined it was probably a bad idea, and we'd get some unwanted attention. But enough time has passed that we've decided to move forward with the original plan, starting with this in-depth look at how the prologue of Far Cry 4 works. We intend to cover all manner of interesting topics in the main game and DLCs, and even look at some leftover evidence of cut content behind the scenes. Once we're done, we'll probably branch out to the other games.

If there's a topic you'd be interested in us taking a look at, do let us know. Hopefully everyone can learn something interesting from our collaboration.
