Will you cross this oozing, stagnant pool that is said to house hidden basilisks? Venture into the Land of the Tarnished but be sure to hold your breath, for the bubbling pools release noxious vapours that would choke a careless traveller.

My Patreon is turning six years old this week! That’s a lot of maps. 🙂 Time to celebrate....

I have opened a free trial on my Patreon from now until the end of October. The trial lasts for seven days from the date you sign up.

I release a new map pack every Tuesday, and a new Sci-fi/Modern map pack every other Saturday. Often animated, and always setup on Foundry VTT and Fantasy Grounds.

The trial is for my Trailblazer tier, which gives you access to logo-free versions of every map I have released over the past six years... all created by me, with no AI!

The maps are high resolution and watermark free, with both gridded and gridless versions available. Many are animated too!

Sign up, tell a friend, and help me spread the word!

If you haven’t heard about my new Visual Map Search and Foundry VTT module, be sure to check those out too.

If you like what you see and want to continue your membership, you can get 30% off during October with the code AM-SIX.

I’ve never offered a free trial before, and I don’t know if or when I’ll offer one again... so now is your chance!

This week's map is the Creepy Chasm [50x50], another spooky map for the spooky month! Make sure your players stay far away from this terrible pit, it looks like a real far fall down and not even I know what you'll find down there. There are probably nasty pale things that evolved to not have eyes anymore and are all soft and fleshy and hate the surface things with all their precious eyes they're so attached to. Essentially, unless you've got a heroic or lucrative reason to visit I'd say this is a great location to avoid.

If you like the map and are interested in more, come by my Patreon, I've got a bunch of them and I draw more every month.

The Autumn Road is a free dark autumn forest battlemap built for harvest festival sessions, cursed forest encounters, and anything your campaign needs a little October in.

Winding dirt path cutting through deep amber and orange woodland, pumpkin patches sprawling across both sides of the road, twisted dead roots breaking through the earth, scattered boulders, and a darkness between the trees that has nothing to do with the season.

Free to download, system agnostic, no strings. This map uses art that is still being tested. Grab it at \[patreon.com/mimicsmaps\](http://patreon.com/mimicsmaps) 🍂

No matter what the situation, adventure or story, there’s always something to do inside a small and cramped building interior. Restock on your inventory, look for clues, ask for gossip, sneak past closed doors and find all the secret loot…

New roadmap: we are still in Tír Ghlas, in the northeastern province of Glannach.

An Grianán, the capital, lies on the shores of Lake Damháin Alla (Spider Lake); various roads connect it to the island's other regions.

I’ve included these images as WIP, since I was asked about my process.

Interesting deteriorating concrete

I decided to draw road maps of Tír Ghlas, my fictional world, mainly to make my job easier when describing the journeys of my novels' protagonists... this is the first one, created today.

It is drawn using Sakura Pigma Micron pens of various line widths and then colored with watercolors.
