Is this a Scam?
I got a message from a sender called Eho Hita saying if I want to grab an extra 1 million skill points with a link attached to the message. Something about recruitment by Fenris as a new player support program. The message states that this is not a scam. Is this a scam? Because it sounds like a scam.

This 1 million SP program is a legit and long-standing initiative from CCP/Fenris. When you click that link, you get your free skillpoints, and then, if you eventually subscribe, the player whose link you clicked gets kickbacks.
Of course, anything could theoretically be a lead-in for a scam (especially if the link doesn't begin with "https://www.eveonline.com/signup"), but I think this might actually be one of the few things that it's specifically against the rules to scam on...

The 1 million skill point thing is a new account recruitment bonus. You get 1 million skill points and they get goodies if you buy stuff later like omega time or plex.
Side note, there isn’t an account age cutoff. Every account ever created has access to the 1 million skill point offer.

50-50 depending on the link itself.
So there is an Eve recruitment program. It's a legit thing where you click a link and get 1m skill points for free.
The sender is just being rude and spamming it. Give your recruitment to someone you like. They get some things (can't remember) but it's not like it's make or break. It's a nice friendly program where you get rewarded once and move on with your life.

Completely legit, but you can only do it once on your account. I would wait until you meet somebody nice in the game that helps you a lot and let them get their skill points as you get yours.
