Going to buff their vocabulary for all those strongly worded messages.

Sometimes I wonder why we are so slow and toothless. If the USA got hybrid attacks like this, things would’ve gone a lot different.

National governments are too power hungry to hand over the power to a European one. Divide and conquer is working well for the large powers in the world

Russia has put a guy in the White House. That is basically the blueprint for what they are trying to do in Europe.

We're not even being informed that there is serious evidence of Russian Operations targeting European youth and protests. This is a total failure for Europe as of now, and the question is, when will the figureheads behind europe directly and in public declare that we are being influenced? We are given vague warnings and behind-the-scenes "plans" and "responses" but as of now, the effect is only escalating

Yeah at some point they just need to stop with the vague statements and do a press conference and tell it like it is. Explain what exactly is going on.

Because most european countries sold their ability to defense themself to the USA.

Hybrid response? Why bother, just activate article 5.0 of NATO and 'Liberate' Russia Desert Storm style. Done.

Because an actual armed war would cause a lot of suffering, and Russia could frame Europe for the mess claiming they escalated it from hybrid to active

Just nuke them then… we have anti ICBM technology so the “but what if they nuke us back?!” Argument doesn’t exist. Russia is weakened and this is the perfect opportunity to erase the nation from existence and just end the issue once and for all

Because nuking a country is basically a genocide. I know we are not very strong at defending values but this line is a big one to cross. Anti-ICBM are probably not 100% accurate and the russians have a lot of nukes.

I don't recall desert storm causing any trouble to Europe or USA. This will be the same, stop fear mongering.

I'm not fear mongering. i'm all for the defense of Europe, but an invasion of Russia by NATO would not at all be the same as an invasion of Iraq. And who knows if the US will actually help in the operation? And Article 5 doesn't neccessarily force military action so the US could send an "aid package" and call it a "response."

Who knows if the US will help? They won't. They'll probably even forbid using weapons we bought from them.

And if that was going to happen, Russia would surely use tactical nukes at the very least besides what has been stated of them being seen as the defenders instead of what's happening in Ukraine now.

The point is to prevent war by getting armed to the teeth, not actually fight it.

The point is to make it futile for Russia to even consider it, because Europe has a lot more to lose than Russia has - we value our lives and our prosperity, thank you very much.

sure, let's continue having poor Ukrainians die so we can enjoy our beer and bratwurst with croissant in peace.

Great.

Poor Ukrainians dying is not a choice that those Bratwurst and Croissant munchers made, comrade.

Helping Ukraine is a necessity, but Europe as a whole needs to get ready for what comes after the Ukraine war. The so called "hybrid war" is only the first stage of that conflict.
