Hi, i received my blood test results after approximately one month of HRT via gel applied scrotally, 4mg per day (2mg every 12 or so hours). This was taken on 9th october right after my first morning dose of the day, and i started hrt on 12th of september. Should I increase my dosage? Because these levels don't look good.

hello, I'm gonna be starting estrogen soon and I wanted to avoid penile atrophy, I've decided that administration of testosterone gel is something I want to do. Buying it raw is way to expensive so I want to make my own, I am looking for recipes and specifically wanted to ask what kind of Testosterone Powered to use?? (cypionate enanthate....???)

Concentration comes out to about 4.6mg per pump of my dispenser, but that dose isn't quite enough for me.

Part of that for sure is me always needing higher estradiol dosages to sleep/feel ok etc, no matter the method of intake.

But just know if you try this recipe, lacking alcohol or traditional penetration enhancers, that you ***might*** need a bit more estradiol powder to achieve the same results.

This batch is more oily and slightly more "runny" rhan last one.

Last one had more water than mct oil and more xanthan gum.

Gonna tweak water to oil ratio again in 3rd batch down the line.

Gonna add 1g xanthan gum and 0.5g Estradiol to current batch.

Hi everyone, keeping it simple I want a little bit of breast growth and that is all . Herbal and supplements apparently are a complete waste of time and estrogen seems hard to get hold of at the moment and do not want it delivering anything to my home address. Is there anything I can get delivered to a drop off point? Or anything like that and I don't mind making gel from raw . Not sure what the best option are if any. Thanks all

I’ve been on the HRT estrogen gel for 2.5 months now, just one pump each night. I’m in peri post hysterectomy, so my hormones are out of whack anyway. Last night I skipped my dose and I feel a bit calmer today, but also quieter emotionally. I’ve also noticed my body shape has changed since I started the HRT. My hips and thighs are fatter. I need the HRT as it helps, but I’m not quite feeling myself when I’m on it either. It def changes my personality. I’ve also started getting my old acne back. it’s been so good in other ways. it’s removed my brainfog, fixed night sweats, gave me back my energy and my skin is smoother, no more dryness down below.

What changes did you ladies notice when you’re on it, vs off it, vs before you started? I’m not even sure which version of me I want to be at this point. The fatter hips and thighs is new for me. I’ve not read anywhere about fat thighs from this stuff.

(edit; worded this very poorly it would seem. i just dont like putting things up there ya feel. not something i can commit to day to day. maybe done like 1-3 month stints on 100mg and 200mg respectively, but that was orally, so i don’t really know if i’ve seen its full potential yet. obviously yes i do want my breast growth to be the best it can, and to look as fem as possible, but im also VERY realistic about transition goals, so i try not to give myself expectations)

I've been on hormones for nearly a year now and I'm hoping to give progesterone a go. I've heard suppositories are the way to go, but I'm having trouble finding anywhere that sells them. Anyone have any leads?

Long story short, my wife (mtf) was in America with me and was transitioning with Folx. Unfortunately our case for her citizenship got denied, she is originally from Vietnam and was forced to go back. She was unable to continue with Folx outside of America. She has since found medication, both estradiol and spiro, from small pharmacies. However, she was unable to find estradiol hemihydrate, only valerate. And the brand she got specifies to take orally, she used to take her old medication sublingually. Her levels were good at 6mg a day, and we wondering if with valerate she should increase/decrease dosage and whether or not to go oral or sublingual.

Additionally the options in Vietnam for HRT seem to be abysmal, atleast in the north. She has called every place online to no avail. Are there other options you would recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some info first i have an adenoma(whichis supposed to be inactive but it had some growth, growth maybe due to the fact that it was taken with non contrast mri we will take it again next month, my prolactin around 27 pg/ml so its prolly not prolactinoma)
Anyways i made some estrogel at home 0.2%. Ive ben using 6 mg a day. It cost me like 70 dollars for a year of gel.
My doctor told me today that estrogel is back in stock in my country(its 1.5 mg per pump. 32 pumps per bottle 0.06%. Its also 25$ per bottle.)
Doctor talkin about some “its not reliable if u make it at home blablabla” what should i do? Buying and making estro is not against the law, selling it is and i dont sell.
My levels are 1000-1400 pg/ml at like 2 hours after applying and round 150 pg/ml after 12 hours.
I also take 12 cypro every 36hrs. I was on mono but my testesterone went up to around 76 pg/ml and i started having morning erections so i started using again

Planning on diy-ing prog using cocoa butter based suppositories soon and was wondering if there would be any significant breast growth after starting prog again at 2 years hrt.

I might be really stupid, but I often see people saying 4mg, or 5mg or however much is a good dose, but what does that actually mean? I thought at first it would mean 4mg of estradiol, but that seems like way too small a dose, when a 1% gel of 1 litre would make that 2.5ml of gel. Obviously its not 4mg of gel in general, right? What does the dosage actually mean, and what is a reasonable dose, as in how much of a litre of 1% gel should I be applying every day?
