Any insider info on Corvus opening?

Google Maps says “opening Oct. 2026”. Eager to check it out!

Whenever I walk by I take a look. Given the state of things, I’d be shocked if they’re open before the end of the year. I hope to be proven wrong!

No additional info, but I do know they had a poster up not long ago that they were hiring. So it must be pretty close.

The latest update from the owner said they're hoping for a November opening now.

I don't understand why that particular location needs yet another coffee shop ???? There are at least 3 in close proximity

It’s going to be the flagship for Corvus’ bakery The Fox and The Raven, more of a bakery than a coffee shop

And yet I will still find myself enjoying all three. It’s like bar hopping in college - the more there are close together the more I go.

No one knows when it's going to be open. The owners aren't actually paying their employees equally so good luck to anyone interviewing for the new location.

it won’t be until next year, presumably first quarter but who’s to say
