wrote this after watching a lot of people try AI tools, get excited for a week, and then go back to doing everything by hand

the idea is pretty simple. before you automate anything you look at how the task actually runs, cut the steps that dont need to exist, and only then hand the rule based stuff to a machine. theres no coding and the tools dont show up until late in the book on purpose
