So basically whenever I launch either far cry 3 or gta 4 there's a chance (like 80%) my display will turn off and that i'll have to restart my graphics driver using the win + shift + ctr + B shortcut which turns the display back on. Sometimes when my luck is good the display doesn't turn off but if I change the game resolution or the fullscreen mode (windowed, borderless, fullscreen etc) the display once again turns off making me resort to restarting the driver again. It isn't much of a hassle in GTA 4 but in Far Cry 3 when I restart the graphics driver it changes to windowed mode and when I try to change it back to fullscreen the display turns off and it basically creates a loop. If my luck is good I MIGHT (heavy on might) be able to go back to fullscreen without the screen turning off.
My specs are I7-1185G7 with Intel iris Xe integrated graphics (latest display driver version)
