Just got these from Amazon today. They were shipped by and sold by Amazon.

When I turned the discs over, they look like the old CDR type discs and not official Warner Brothers discs.

Can someone shed some light on if these are good or not or if I should return them?

Yes, I am pretty positive this is disc rot, everything came off after I cleaned it EXCEPT this.

I bought a new one, I'll probably give this one to a friend.

Octohorror movie #15!

My mom recently found my late father's Miami Vice DVD collection. He had Seasons 2 through 5, all still factory-sealed and never opened, with two copies of Season 3. They're the English/German editions.

Does anyone have an idea of what they might be worth? Would it be better to sell them now, or hold onto them in case they increase in value over time?

everything on the left goes in, it acts like it’s trying to play it, and then it says “no disc”. what do i do?

edit: played tokyo drift once and then tried again and now it’s the same as the other discs. if it didnt play any id assume its broken but why tf will it play black beauty just fine??

edit 2: didn’t realise its a cd player too, it plays my cds just fine

Used to have collection of memberships of video shops - sad end to vending machines..

Hi. Not sure whether this is the right spot to post my question, but figure it's worth a shot:

I'm a massive fan of David Prior's 2020 film *The Empty Man,* an eccentric 2-hour-plus cosmic/existential horror flick which fell victim to studio neglect and botched marketing. It was never given a wide physical release; as far as I can tell, its "legitimate" material presence is limited to a brief run of Redbox DVDs.

Does anyone here have any idea where I might be able to find one of these? I'll keep spinning Ebay's roulette wheel, but I'm curious whether there's another source my amateur ass has overlooked completely.

I don't need to tell you people, of all people, that streaming services are not to be trusted; my DVD collection grows by the day. This film is very important to me. I don't want to lose it.

Thanks much.

Ciao a tutti!

So I just found a DVD on the ground and I'm afraid to put it on my PC.

Because it might have Viruses. What do I do with it ?

This December, a 4th Volume of Tex Avery's Screwball Classics is coming to both DVD and Blu-Ray for the first time and only 6 years since the first 2 volumes' DVD and Blu-Ray's releases + 5 years since the 3rd's as well.

A disc featuring the very last 14 shorts presented uncut.

I’ve never even heard of this movie, but I love Rowdy Roddy Piper! And I only paid $1.12 for it! Apparently it’s OOP and very hard to find.
