I grew up in the PNW where the seafood was incredible! Moved to the East coast a few years ago where it has its own charm and seafood it’s known for (blue crab, mainly.) But I miss all the great sushi spots back home. I was about a bottle and a half of Malbec in when it was done. 🤤

What kinda soups do you guys like?
I love Asian soups with all my heart. Big big fan of East Asian and south East Asian soups/stews/broths. I haven’t had many central asian soups but I’d love to try. Not an asian soup but I had borscht one time and it was pretty awesome. Ive never had cream of mushroom or clam chowder or most white people soups but im open to them. Not the biggest fan of french onion because of the soggy bread, but I remember the broth being good. Would love to try different African stews one day because they look so good

Went out for beers with a pal at about 18:30. Came home at 23:30 and made this! I even did all the washing up after.

Admittedly I had done a lot of the prep before I left the house, but that was only chopping stuff.

I think this may be my worst creation yet. The chicken by itself was awesome! Adding in the cheese, egg, beans...and the tortilla, probably not the best decision I've ever made. Might be those sneak-up-on-you Margarita's fault! I ate most of it. Just not sure 🤔...

Just look on the fridge and think, "yeah that'll work" casserole? Cause that's this, a whole mess of stuff from the fridge turned into something tasty as hell.....at least 4 bottles of wine in tasty as hell!

I used "Mexican blend cheese" for the omelette

Man this wasn't good at all though. Lemon Pound Cake French toast did not work out.

However I removed the innards and just had bacon with the omelette and fried ham.

Had to deal with drama and said f-it. Coping mechanism paired with Pinot Noir.

Cuban sandwich lol iirc it was Cuban bread from walmart, roasted pork, ham, swisssssss, pickles....idk what else i did that's probably it

Pan fried Nuremberg sausages, a bit of pan fried paratha, messed up fried egg, undercooked farm shop hash brown, dill pickle, IKEA mustard, hand torn slice of cheese. All chased with an English heritage traditional mead.

Now with scrambled eggs, sharp white cheddar, and crispy potatoes! Enjoy. Cuz this was epic! Today's drink while cooking was a nice Sauvignon Blanc from a box!

Day 2 no nicotine. Had quite a few beers. Sauce some but the water still hasn’t started boiling because I forgot to turn it on.

I did a ridiculous wrap for breakfast at 3am. Drunk or hungover. Not sure yet.

spent the night tracking a campaign that started around 8. by the time I closed the ticket I had three IPAs and zero patience left for cooking. threw a tortilla in the pan, tossed some cheese on, and promptly got distracted by another alert. came back to a charred disk. still ate half of it.

My mom did the taters and salad. I did the kalops
