Got offered this Yamaha stage custom kit from I believe 2013 for 400$

I currently have a Gretsch energy set about 1 year old but want to upgrade from the poplar wood the Gretsch has to the birch in the Yamaha

Obv I've upgraded the heads , cymbals, kick pedal , hi hat stand , and snare to a mapex maple Saturn series on the Gretsch I have so I'm really only considering the Yamaha for its shells

Yamaha owner has had it stored in his garage so it needs a bit of cleaning which is the only thing holding me back since guitar center also has some pretty sweet used sets around the same price range

Anyways u guys think i should jump on this offer

Need your expertise! Been drumming for just over a year. Almost every day. Love it! Neil Peart is my drum god, so I’ve vowed to not tread on hallowed ground until I feel worthy. I’ve learned to play along to maybe 100 or so of my favorite songs, but I refuse to touch Rush until I’m good enough to honor Neil. MY QUESTION: Is there ONE Rush song you’d recommend where a noob could begin without being intimidated or frustrated? Something not too complex that can hopefully give me the confidence to step through that door and expand my playlist — and honor The Professor? tia! 🥁 🫶🏼 🤘🏼

Having fun playing drums to a classic.

Free drum Solo - This is my Style

I found this exact drum beat loop in some various songs and they use this exact drums, and i also think this was made like a drum software? not entirely sure, anyone knows this drum track?, it's an aggressive, metal, breakbeat kinda. btw i use an AI to separate the drums from the song, maybe some of you know this beat. Cheers!

hi, i'm new to drumming and i don't have a drum kit yet.. "or at the moment" i been recently watching videos like.. the drum pov's on the electric and acoustic drums.. i've been wondering which i should get since i'm a beginner, and also kinda really want the ones that light up.. so i can make videos like that too... but i don't know.. i was thinking about the alesis nitro max?? but it doesn't really light up and i want to be able to play in the dark too for cool vids of me playing!! bcuz apparantly that's cool now?? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

i am also quite dedicated to learn!! and obviously have a lot of fun getting into this new hobby of mine

(the video i found "not mine" is kinda what i mean, yes i love twenty one pilots and would LOVE to play that song)

also if you have any tips TYSM!!.. :D

I picked up Sabian’s new XSR clap stack and it’s like I unlocked Pandora’s box of grooves with this thing 😂

The purpose of this video was for me to hear and strongly critique my pocket work but at the end I kinda just did whatever and just wanted to do something crazy idk lol

Hey everyone,

My band are looking for a drummer.

We are influenced by bands such as The Smiths, Durutti Column, early New Order, The Drums, early The Strokes, PJ Harvey, early Morrissey, The La's, The Fall, Iceage, The Cure and other bands.

The project consists of myself (vocalist), guitarist and a bassist at the moment. We've recorded some rough scratch demos of songs that we can send you. We all have experience writing songs and playing in bands. We are committed to having fun writing songs, recording and playing shows.

We have been rehearsing weekly in Deptford so far.

Get in touch if you're interested. If you can’t direct message me, leave a comment and I will message you. Please have recordings or a video of you playing. Nothing can be done if you don’t have anything you can send.

Just bought used Axis but it does not have the rubber stopper.

From the new axis seems there are 4 rubbers on each base but mine only has 2.

How to add this missing rubber stopper?
