Just did an employer drug test. Will update if i pass or not with thc

I don’t yet exactly have a timeline but I’m about have the background and driving record check done. So id imagine soon after the drug test will follow. I have a friend with clean pee that I can use, I haven’t smoked in almost a month and I took a 5 level test that’s 15/50/100/200/300 and I failed all 5… maybe it’s just not a reliable test? Not sure, but it seems like the smart move would just be to use the person who I know can provide a clean sample. So I have a temperature controlled device that I can strap to my thigh under some sweats and it will keep the pee at 96-97° for 2 hours. My question is how long will the pee last/be valid? My plan is to have him provide the sample as close to the test as possible. So if the test is at 9am, he can prodvide the sample at 8:30am-ish. And the flask will keep it the right temp the whole time. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi guys! I have a job interview next week to become a teacher. I’m more than likely going to get the job since I’ve been subbing at this particular school since the beginning of the year, and the principals have taken a liking to me. With that being said, I’ve preemptively stopped eating edibles, tinctures, and hitting my thc vape on October 4th. I have bought some at-home drug tests to test myself. I’ve taken two tests, and both came out negative. The first line is a little faint, I will say.

I’ve been using edibles for about 3–3ish years at this point and started vaping about 1–1.5 months ago. I’m about 5’3–5’4 in height, 110ish lbs. I’m pretty lean, and I have a fast metabolism. I know no one can tell me if I’m gonna pass or not; there are multiple factors that go into it, and it’s different for everyone.

My edibles are 10mg, my tincture usage would be around 5-10mg if I’m layering them with my edibles, and my hits from my cart would be around 1-3mg.

If anything, I want to see if anyone is similar to me and has had luck passing a drug test after just 2–4 weeks. Fake pee is my backup plan, but it would be nice to not have to worry about that so I can just use my own. I’ve bought my at-home drug test from Walmart, but if anyone has any suggestions on what test I should buy from Amazon that has better accuracy, that would be awesome.

I'm on the team at Exploro, which runs a THC detection calculator. Between October 2025 and September 2026, about 60,000 people filled it out, and we pooled the anonymous answers. A lot of the questions on this sub come from the same situations, so I figured the patterns might be useful here. No links, and nothing below is advice on passing anything. But, hopefully, it would provide some perspective in a time of need.

How much time people had

40% of people who entered a test date were testing within 3 days. About 1 in 6 were checking on the same day as their test. Half had 6 days or less.

Why they were testing

49% said it was for a new job. Random workplace tests and legal requirements trailed well behind.

Home tests

41% owned a home test. Of those, 28% came to the calculator right after getting a positive result, and 12% couldn't read their result or weren't sure what it showed. Given how many faint line posts show up here, that last number didn't surprise me.

Worry

31% said they were very or extremely worried. That jumped to 55% after a positive home test, compared with 25% for people who owned a home test but hadn't used it yet. When the main concern was a job, it was 45%.

What people use

59% use daily or more. Flower was the most common at 41%, then vapes at 32%, edibles at 18%, and dabs at 9%. Age changes the picture a lot: among 21 to 24 year olds, 37% mainly vape and 15% mainly use edibles. By 45 to 54, vaping drops to 22% and edibles rise to 32%.

Smaller patterns that stood out

• Women were about 25% of users. 23% of women mainly use edibles vs 16% of men, but daily use was almost the same (61% vs 58%).
• Women reported more worry: 38% very or extremely worried vs 29% of men.
• 54% also use nicotine. Among dab users it's 64%, among edible users 33%.
• Sunday was the most common last-use day.

Caveats

Everything is self-reported, and the results are anonymized.

The people in this data were looking up detection times, so they skew toward people preparing for or worried about a test, and they aren't representative of THC users in general. The questions about test dates, reasons, home tests, and worry were added later, so those numbers come from a smaller group. Duplicates and impossible entries (like ages outside 16 to 80) were removed.

Happy to answer any questions about the data. I'm also curious whether the "1 in 6 on test day" number matches what people here see.

So, I took a at home THC drug test to see where I’m at before my actual test, and i filled up the cup but it was below the 30ml threshold, the reading it gave me was negative which is good, but since it was below the actual 30ml does this mean it isn’t accurate ?

HI, i was wondering if URGENT CARE will drug test the first day or externship or like in the middle of my externship or last day. It is only 1 week long. It would make sense if they did it on the first day but i was wondering if anyone knew?

I’m really worried about how long it will take me to test negative. I know everyone’s body is different, but I would appreciate hearing from people who have had a similar experience with THC carts. Any advice or personal experiences would be appreciated!

21F , BMI 24, haven’t exercised in a while but I don’t eat much junk food and usually drink 3-32oz bottles of water daily.

I was doing about 3.5g every week for 3 months, then was clean for about 3 weeks. Did about 2g within 24hrs 5 days ago, and my urine test is in no more than 2 days.

I failed at-home 14-panel tests for 2 days after, and the last 2 I have taken had verrrrryyyyyyy faint lines to indicate negativity.

Is there any way I will be able to pass my lab test? The lab will not send me the results, they will first go to my school who will then give them to me after review.

I really need some advice because I’m stressing out bad right now.
I haven’t smoked weed since before I went to rehab. I was still testing positive back in September, but since then I’ve had my last 5 lab tests come back completely negative. I’ve been getting tested about twice a week, so I’ve had multiple negative results in a row.
Now all of a sudden, I had 2 rapid THC urine cups come back positive. Both cups were from the same batch, and the samples were sent to the lab for confirmation. I haven’t smoked at all, so I’m really confused about how this could happen after 5 negative lab tests.
I’m wondering if the cups could have been faulty or if there’s another explanation. I also didn’t provide a huge amount of urine, just enough for the tests to work, so I don’t know if that matters.
I’m in recovery, and I’m terrified this is going to cause problems with my program or get me sent back to detox. I’ve put so much work into my recovery, and I genuinely haven’t used.
Honestly, I’ve made up my mind that I’m not going back to detox. I’ve come too far to feel like I’m being forced to start all over again. If they make me go back, I’m afraid I’ll lose everything I’ve worked for. I’m at the point where I’d rather end up homeless than go back, because I’m genuinely scared that going through detox again will push me toward relapsing. I don’t want to throw away my recovery, and I don’t know what else to do.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Can you have multiple negative lab tests and then suddenly get positive rapid cups without using again? Could the rapid tests be wrong even if both came back positive?
I’m waiting for the lab results, but the anxiety is killing me. I’d really appreciate honest advice from anyone who knows how these tests work or has been through something similar.

So the order was for no thc testing but e screen sent me a notification saying marijuana has been found in my system with follow up questions. My dilemma is that it wasn’t supposed to be tested for in the first place, pre employment , would that affect or get reported to my job since the order was written for a no thc test?

So I’m a 25 yr male, athletic, high metabolism and very healthy. 6’4 and about 180. I did like 5 or 6 tiny little bumps on Saturday night/ early Sunday morning about 5 am. Although Monday morning I found out I have to test by Wednesday evening. I’ve been drinking a lot of water and Gatorade mix and took an at home test about 20 hours before mandatory test, I passed clearly with a 300 ng cutoff, my test tommorow is gonna be 150 ng cutoff, what are my chances of passing clean by then. Total time will be 83 hours before test after use. I’m just super nervous and mad at myself for making such a dumb decision

Have an upcoming pre-employment screening and a heavy weed user as my current job does not test. I bought the privacy kit and powdered urine. Should I use the powder or synthetic that comes with the belt?

Title. Took a pre-employment drug test for the "affairs of soldier administration" on 10/8 and have yet to get results back after 72h. I read online it should only take 3 to 5 days but am losing it at the moment. I used QF 6.4 which I bought from the site directly; temp was on point and it went to MN...am I overreacting or is this a valid freak out? Lol seriously any help or insight helps, I gotta sleep tonight.

I went to this office about 4 years ago and they used a saliva mouth swab drug test and I'm wondering if it's likely that they'll use that method again or if it'll be a urine drug test? It's an office that alot of people go to and it's almost always very busy. Do y'all think it'll be a mouth swab again or a urine test? I'm asking because I did a little over a gram of cocaine and the test is about 6 days away.

My bf has a mouth swab drug test tomorrow at 3pm for a new job and we’re both kinda stressing about it lol.

Last night around 11pm we split a 30mg Vyvanse, so he only took 15mg. He doesn’t normally take it, so it was just a one time thing. By the time he gets tested it’ll have been about 40 hours.

He’s also a pretty frequent weed smoker and last smoked earlier today, so it’ll be around 24 hours since he last smoked.

I’ve been reading a bunch of different things about mouth swabs and some people say they’re super easy to pass while others say the opposite. I’ve also seen people talking about peroxide and mouthwash but idk how much that actually helps.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and passed? Mainly worried about the Vyvanse but also curious about the weed. Just trying to get an idea of what to expect.

I recently accepted a part-time position with FedEx Office (not a driver) and completed my pre-employment drug screening today.
I was originally told that the position required a non-DOT drug test, also listed on the First Advantage email, but the paperwork I received from the collection site seems to indicate a DOT test.
I’ve tried reaching out to my recruiter through email and phone but haven’t received a response.
Has anyone else experienced this during the FedEx Office hiring process? Is it normal for the paperwork to indicate DOT even though the position is supposed to be non-DOT?
I’m just trying to figure out whether this is something I should be concerned about or if it’s a common paperwork issue. I know they generally test for the same things, but I’m worried about being positive for THC (haven’t smoked in almost a month).
