Other Good pickup?

So I have never played this game before but I saw a 78% off deal for a used copy and decided to take the risk. Is it a good pickup?

Update: it came with 400 cards missing and the trash mat safe to say it was a scam to even sell it.

It is Amazon, so at least you can return it if anything is missing or you might be able to get replacement cards from RGG, they are pretty good with that usually

Technically Amazon does not allow sellers to sell incomplete products, so you could get a refund

Too good to be true. For a used game for $15 I highly doubt that everything is included.
