iPhone and Windows Journal
I need a journal/Diary app I could sync between my iPhone and Windows Pc. Any recommendations?

Diarium app, however you have to pay separately for window and ios separately but its worth the price!

i hit the same iphone plus windows wall and almost every pretty journaling app turned out to be one platform or a subscription. what i settled on was a synced folder of plain text files, with obsidian on both ends to read and write them, so the entries are just text and i'm not locked into anything. less cute than a proper diary app, but the one thing i'd check with whatever you pick is how easy it is to get your entries back out.

Sometimes journaling apps have a partner web app. So you can use the app on your phone and the website on your computer. Sadly I don't think DayOne allows this..

Moi, j'ai été pendant longtemps sur Day One. Maintenant, j'utilise Diariste. Pour le même prix, c'est 10 fois mieux, et même la version gratuite est super.

obsidian's the usual answer for this. it's just markdown files underneath so you can sync them however you want, iCloud or Syncthing both work and it behaves the same on the pc. if you'd rather have something that already feels like a journal instead of a notes app, Standard Notes does encrypted sync across iOS and Windows with basically zero setup.
