For Hire 2026 B.Tech grad. Don't know where to start, could really use some help.

• Upvotes

Hey ,

I'm a 2026 B.Tech Computer Engineering graduate, and honestly, I'm going through a pretty rough phase in life right now.

I'm unemployed, struggling with depression, and feeling extremely lost about what to do next. I see people moving ahead with their careers while I'm struggling to even get started.

I don't really know why I'm posting this, but I thought I'd try my luck here.

I know Java, have done some Android development, and know a little bit of web development. I've worked on college projects, but honestly, I don't feel confident in my skills right now, and I have a lot left to learn.

I'm not here asking anyone to hand me a fancy job or anything. I just wanted to ask if someone here could help me find a starting point.

Maybe you have some small tasks I could help with, some basic work I could do, or a project where I could contribute and learn along the way. Maybe you're a freelancer or a developer who could use an extra pair of hands.

Even if it's something that pays ₹5,000 a month, I'd be grateful. I just want to start somewhere, learn useful things, earn a little, and get out of this rut I'm stuck in.

I'm honestly tired of feeling like I'm doing nothing with my life, and right now, even a little direction or an opportunity to learn from someone would mean a lot.

If you have any advice, know someone I could reach out to, or can think of any way I could get started, please let me know.

I know this is a little unconventional, but I figured there's no harm in asking.

Thanks for reading. ❤️

For Hire Looking for a Junior .NET Developer Opportunity – Open to Internships

Hey everyone!
I’m a recent Computer Science graduate and an ITI graduate specializing in Full-Stack Web Development using .NET.
I’m currently looking for an opportunity as a Junior .NET Developer, whether it’s an internship, a junior position, or an entry-level opportunity where I can learn from experienced developers and gain real-world experience.
My main skills include C#, OOP, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and Angular. I’ve worked on projects during my studies and ITI training, and I’m eager to take the next step and work on real-world applications with a team.
At this stage, my main goal is to gain practical experience, improve my skills, and prove what I can do. I’m open to starting with a short trial period or an internship, even if unpaid, provided the expectations are clear and there’s a genuine opportunity to demonstrate my abilities and potentially join the team afterward.
I’m willing to put in the effort, learn quickly, take feedback seriously, and prove myself through my work rather than just my CV.
If you know of any opportunities, startups, or teams looking for a junior .NET developer, I’d really appreciate any leads or advice

For Hire Backend REST API in raw C. My CWEB framework

Hi guys. I am a 3rd year CSE student. Initially, I started doing some development in Django, explored Express a bit. They all felt very bloated, and slow to me. Also there is a big learning curve to those frameworks. Then I explored PostgREST, which was interesting to me as I could make the database be the backend of its own but that also comes with the database being really heavy and spiked latencies in requests and response times. Then I dove into Linux and system programming in C to first get good at writing C and second being able to do the architectural designing behind a software, memory management and everything.

I looked into the modern capabilities of the linux kernel and also the architectures behind big frameworks and servers like Nginx, Django, Go, Kore etc. Then I started the journey of making my own framework in C to make it faster, lightweight and secured. Also, very easy to write (just a handful of functions). I not only made the framework, I also made a website on that framework and then stress tested it on my own machine and several legacy server kernel virtual machines like Bookworm, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and Bullseye.

Please do check them out. Links given below. I am a student. CSE's my passion. I am open for any learning and growing opportunities. If you love C and linux like I do, hit me up. I will be honoured. Thanks.

For Hire [FOR HIRE] Full-stack dev (WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, React/Node). Fast fixes and builds, fixed price available

I help small businesses and founders get a site, store, or app live that loads fast, works on mobile, and shows up on Google. Every build comes with an admin dashboard, so you can manage products, content, and users yourself without calling a developer.

Got an idea?
Send me a rough description or sketch. I’ll scope it, give you a fixed price, and build it end to end: design, frontend, backend, database, admin panel, and deployment (React/Next.js, Node or Laravel).

Quick jobs I can start this week

  • WooCommerce/Shopify store build or fix
  • Slow site → speed + SEO cleanup (Lighthouse, Search Console, Analytics)
  • Figma → WordPress/React
  • Payment gateway integration, site migration, bug fixes
  • AI chatbot or workflow integration (GPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Admin dashboards: user management, content control, reports, role-based access

Proof: 5+ years, 9 live projects, 6 five-star client reviews. Examples: [link 1], [link 2]

Rate: $35/hr or fixed price. GMT+8, with overlap for US/EU.
Portfolio: francelee.org
Book a call: https://calendly.com/francelee594/30min

Comment or DM what you’re building or what’s broken. I’ll reply with how I’d approach it, not a sales pitch.

For Hire [For Hire] GPU and LLM inference optimization — lower latency, VRAM use, and cost per request

We are a small technical team focused on GPU kernels and production inference systems. We help AI startups, inference API teams, GPU providers, and companies running self-hosted models make inference faster, more reliable, and less expensive.

If your team is responding to slow generation or high GPU bills by adding more hardware, we can first determine whether the real constraint is kernels, memory movement, quantization, KV-cache layout, batching, scheduling, model loading, or the serving architecture.

We can help with:

- CUDA and Triton kernel development, fusion, profiling, and benchmarking

- PyTorch model-path optimization and numerical validation

- vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, and custom serving systems

- quantization, VRAM reduction, KV-cache layout, continuous batching, and CUDA Graphs

- time to first token, inter-token latency, throughput, and tail-latency analysis

- scale-to-zero, cold-start behavior, readiness, cancellation, streaming, and failure recovery

- GPU utilization, cost-per-request analysis, and capacity planning

- reproducible before/after benchmarks with correctness gates and documented limitations

A typical engagement starts with a focused inference audit:

  1. Define the model, framework, GPU, traffic shape, latency or throughput target, and cost constraint.

  2. Profile the current path and identify the dominant bottlenecks.

  3. Agree on the smallest changes worth implementing.

  4. Deliver code, before/after measurements, correctness checks, and remaining risks.

  5. Help integrate and validate the optimized path under realistic load.

Good fits include a slow or expensive inference endpoint, VRAM pressure preventing the desired batch size or context length, unstable serving under load, poor GPU utilization, costly cold starts, or a custom kernel/model path that needs profiling and validation.

For an initial conversation, send a Reddit chat or private message with:

- model and framework

- GPU type and VRAM

- current latency, throughput, utilization, or cost problem

- target workload and success metric

- deployment environment

- timeline and approximate budget range

We will tell you directly whether the workload appears optimizable and what evidence would be needed before making a performance or savings claim.
