Why can't we score goals?
According to NHLDB in 25/26 season we were 27th on GF with 2.76 but in SOG we were 5th with 29.6
This season our GF is 2.20 but we are first in SOG by a wide margin with 36.2
Is this really such big of a problem as it seems to me or am I just being igorant?

...obviously we're just saving them up so we can drop 32 on Chicago!

Will it be another national broadcast in which we have to listen to Bedard get jerked off relentlessly while he is irrelevant in the game and the Blackhawks lose?!

They run hot and cold, have done so for a few seasons now.

I think the more pressing question is why did we give up two goals in four shots today?

I think all our sticks are warped. Check the equipment manager for sabotage and the locker room for high humidity.

In the historic 22-23 season, I remember the Devils regularly being the first team to score in the majority of their games. They were able to control the games more often and take advantage of teams having to pinch in because they were playing from behind. This year and last year, it has almost always been the Devils having to play from behind. This 100% affects them, giving up more chances the other way and having to throw more low percentage shots at the net to make something happen.

system, noone screening the goalie, noone wants to get greasy goals. Were trying to be fancy and play insta hockey. But hey we scored 5 today so idk what to tell you.

Meier and our 4th line have been in positions for greasy goals plenty imo. But agree with the sentiment not enough screens.

They only score in transition, don’t go to the hard places. Soft team.

Better question why is our third and fourth line doing better and playing more aggressively than our first?

While it is annoying overall, asking this while we play a game where we’ve scored 4 goals in 2 periods is objectively hilarious
