Selling my Arcade1Up Time Crisis cabinet. $750 OBO, pickup in the Baker neighborhood near Broadway and 1st.

Already fully assembled, in great condition and working properly. So you get to skip the exciting "why do I have three screws left?" portion of Arcade1Up ownership.

Has both light guns, the Time Crisis duck/reload pedal, light-up marquee, stereo speakers and WiFi leaderboards.

Time Crisis is obviously the main event, but Point Blank with two players is honestly worth having the cabinet for on its own. Nothing strengthens a friendship like immediately turning it into a light gun competition.

Cabinet is about 70" tall and around 100 lbs, so bring something with enough cargo space and ideally another person to help move it.

Local pickup only. You're welcome to see it running before buying. I prefer Zelle but also accept Venmo and Cash.

I’m 57, recently sold my longtime home, and am going through a divorce. I’m starting a new chapter in life and looking to downsize into something smaller and simpler.

After years of homeownership, I understand what it means to maintain and take care of a property. I’m employed, financially secure, have substantial savings, and am looking for a stable, long-term rental.

I’m not looking for anything fancy. A small, older house would be absolutely fine.

• Private, securely fenced yard for my dog.

• Ideally $1,200–$1,500 per month, but flexible up to $1,800 for the right place.

• Move-in around November 1.
