Happy to harvest the last bit of stuff from our garden before we get frost this weekend…which I’m not ready for. Solid load of late season watermelon and some green tomato’s most likely bound for the freezer.

It was beautiful getting out for golf and 80s on Monday, but this cool snap with storms, that’s always appreciated plus the good nights sleep that goes with it! Also, feel like my head has been getting more clear and feeling lighter these days. May be due to my gratitude practices 😂🤷‍♂️

We don’t know how much knowledge we have until we see people doing the things we thought was general knowledge out of ignorance. I’m grateful for everything I’ve learnt and super grateful for the vessels that taught me directly and indirectly they’ve shaped me into who I am today.

three days ago i got into my first car accident (i completely own it was my fault), though it was nothing serious and no harm was done to anyone, the persons car did get damaged pretty bad. today he just got back to me with the quote of cost, it’s £457, he’s paying it for me. i don’t know why, i tried to talk him out of it and said i’ll pay the for the damages i caused. but he was persistent, very thankful for how stress free he made a bad situation i cause.

I’m still very much new to this platform and some how it keeps pushing this subreddit my way, as a grateful person I see more reason to be grateful here. I hope I’ll also have a positive effect here.

I had social anxiety all of a sudden at 50. It was like one day I was just ordinary me and the next day every symptom known to the "change of life" a woman goes thru happened. It has been a tough road and meeting with friends again was a major goal. I felt their love and laughter...and support that I dont know why I hadn't had this sooner. I am a long ways of getting back to normal but today I felt beyond happy♥️

Everyone is healthy and fed. Kiddo is happy. One shitty meeting will not ruin my weekend. I have an exit plan and I am safe.

(Yesterday) I'm grateful that I got to enjoy a little more time - including breakfast & lunch time - on or next to the balcony in the office & that it was so sunny at lunch I literally put on my sunglasses! But not too hot either. Grateful that the meeting went well & that I learned more & managed to do some of my other work in the background I'm grateful I got to have a few more minutes of looking at the nature collage artwork. For yummy food again & that yes, although I have my treats, that the cafe also has a good range of healthy options including that awesome salad bar I had more of yesterday.
