Help css linear scroll not working?

hi! i've been trying to implement a linear scroll in my top bar, but its not animating. https://yuri-uran.nekoweb.org anyone know if i've missed something simple?

looking at your styles, you only have color, font-family and font-size applied to your #animated-text-strip div, so there's no hint of css animation?

The id in your HTML is written id="#animated-text-strip", with the hash inside the quotes, so the #animated-text-strip rule in your stylesheet never matches that div. The hash only belongs in the CSS selector. Change the attribute to id="animated-text-strip" and the floatText animation should start running.
