As my title says no 6 should be our target for next season

Zaheer khan is a good appointment alongside MS. They were the reason behind our world cup win 2011. Yes yuvraj was the star but the number of times zak was able to do it for dhoni under pressure was simply unnoticed,he was the real dark horse for India.

Samson

Ruturaj

Urvil

Dube

Brevis that's our top 5 in the absence of Mhatre.

What we need to fix is our lower order and bowlers

We could learn from rcb itself their dominance started because of lower order and their bowling team. Bhuvi, josh, krunal 12 overs of bowling on their day they could just produce economy under 8 and pickup 6wickets. On their worse day they still would end up at figures of 9.5 at least 5 wickets.

This is what we need. The only one who comes under those criteria in our current lineup of bowlers is Nathan ellis . Others they are not consistent enough. Last year missing ellis was a big blow for us.

Coming back to our lower order what we need jamie overton brilliant player he's a good no 6.

Spin bowler we don't have a proper international indian spinner.

Nathan ellis extreme vfm he can struck at any phase of the game also handy with bat.

Noor Ahmed was our important signing still at his day he could dismantle any team in the world bit of confidence needed.

Genuine fast bowler raw pace one who can hit hard lengths pressure indian batsmen on the back foot.

Medium pace pp specialist one who can consistently get the break through in first 3 overs .

Impact player - batsman who can bat at any phase of the game and create greater impact.

CSK has enquired the availability of an OS player and currently in talks with him to enter the IPL 2027 auction. Whether IPL allows him or not is the thing to see.

Sahil from TOI

"MISSION-2027" STARTS NOW FOR RUTURAJ GAIKWAD🦁.

Shai Hope looks really tasty guys 😋😋😋 (proper Thalason and CSK material, can potentially be our 2027 Watto)

Official Announcement 🦁

Matthew Reuben joins as Joburg Super Kings' Analyst! 💛 I hope its the same for CSK

1. MS ,along with the management, were really unhappy with the poor performances of Ruturaj in this cycle(including domestic).

2. MS & Zaheer had long talks with management that resulted in the decision of moving past Ruturaj.

3. They approached several teams to trade him but NO TEAM showed interest in him.

4. It is likely that Sanju may become the captain of CSK going forward.

In my opinion, good riddance! We can finally move towards a strong leadership along with quality batting lineup. Who do you see opening with Sanju, Ayush or Urvil ?

EDIT:: I saw this in an insta post which even had the link to the source by my dumbahh forgot to save it. But I did saw it.

Sanju was hitting from the very first ball, what a soght to watch 🕺🏻

Samson has 7 fifty plus score in last 17 games. How is that inconsistent ? T20 game is not of high individual scores. But people would blind hate him as if he is some sort of criminal bestowed upon BCCI. Twitter/Reddit everywhere you go, after every failure he is called a fraud and what not and what's more disappointing is that CSK fans themselves stoop so low at time. Be patient plzz, don't jump the gun after every failure. He has done enough and will go on to do more good only from here. Chardi Kala💫

Sanja had a strike rate of 243.48

Finally! Chetta in form!

SANJUUU COOOKED IT !!!!!!!

Rohit Juglan says, after MS Dhoni has taken charge at CSK, our old sources have become defunct. While replying to someone's question on Hardik coming to CSK

Let's see what happens to one popular youtuber.

hoping for his comeback soon

I chose by franchise numbers, not by reputation. Two spots were tough: Bravo (he’d be a third all-rounder/spinner, one more than the game allows) and Hayden (a short run). Who would you swap in, and who would you drop? Reply with your XI and I’ll post the scoreline.

JSK has announced alan McDonald as bowling coach

Super kings has fired tommy simsisk from all three franchises I hear they are looking at a female south African physiotherapist for all three franchises

After making 48 runs for Mumbai on Day 1, he felt discomfort the 2nd day and didn't come out for field and now on Day 3 it's confirmed via Gaurav Gupta (TOI) that he is being ruled out of Ranji trophy for month which means he will misses next few matches for Mumbai.

Pretty sad news but another good news is that Urvil Patel who also bats at his position in IPL hit 85 runs with 7 SIXES in Ranji Trophy for Gujarat showed his form.

Also Ramakrishna Ghosh is also almost fit and practicing in MCA as he put Insta story. So, we might see him being named in Maharashtra team for Ranji for next match.

1. Sanju(inconsistent, but match winner on his day)

2. Ayush(he's opening in domestic)

3. Brevis(At 3, he has won a POS & also scored 83(26))

4. Dube(at his best batting position)

5. Karthik(floater during collapse/slogger in death overs)

6. R Ghosh(good hitter & 6th bowling option)

7. Overton(The G.O.A.T)

8. Shreyas(spinner & adds batting depth)

9. Akeal(spinner & pinch hitter)

10. Ellis(death bowler)/Anshul(If Ellis doesn't play)

11. Khaleel(Powerplay bowler)

IP list - Gurjapneet, Forrester, Chahar, Sarfaraz

Note: - 1. I am backing Akeal over Noor based on current form.

1. If Ellis doesn't play due to Australia commitment, Forrester can be brought in the middle order.

Who could the former CSK overseas player be? Obviously has to be a batter/batting all-rounder, ofc.

I think they're going for recent retirees. Mohit, the bowling coach, is pretty recent. If so, then Moeen or Faf would be my bet. Although Faf may not be interested in coaching. Moeen / Hayden certainly is.

Thoughts/guesses ????
