Why would an all knowing all powerful God have to say that they are the only God and he’s a jealous God. If there wasn’t a God that was even cooler before him. God was scared of what was before him. Pretty Gnostic.

Yeah I would trust my wife. If I didn't trust her why am I married to her? I feel sorry for your life that you're so insecure that you can't even trust the person you chose to spend your life wife

Lol fine. It was a metaphor. And besides you're missing the point. If you didn't trust your wife you would still feel jealous. Because you love her. And you don't want her with anybody else. You can't imagine your life without her. Am I right? That's how God feels about you, my friend

If I couldn't trust my wife I wouldn't be married to her.

Your example if I threaten my wife with setting her on fire if she dares to do anything I don't like. That's not a loving god, that's one that only device is terror. I'll gladly take the flames than worship a weak ass insecure god.

That's your choice unfortunately. Besides you're looking at it all wrong. Blaming God for creating hell is like blaming the government for creating jails. Or injuring someone and blaming the cops for arresting you. The truth is we have all done things that have hurt other people. People that God loves. He loves all of us but there also must be justice for hurting someone. Breaking rules has consequences. What you fail to realize is that our sin caused God to have to create hell for the sake of justice. He can't let someone who refuses to stop hurting people into the safety of heaven without there being someone to advocate for that person and offer them the ability to become a better person. That's what Jesus did. Our sin created hell and even so Jesus died so that we don't have to suffer the punishment our actions deserve
