The message makes me feel unsafe. A god that demands worship or you burn eternal flames does nothing to make me feel safe. A terrorist is a terrorist

Why would an all knowing all powerful God have to say that they are the only God and he’s a jealous God. If there wasn’t a God that was even cooler before him. God was scared of what was before him. Pretty Gnostic.

Yeah I would trust my wife. If I didn't trust her why am I married to her? I feel sorry for your life that you're so insecure that you can't even trust the person you chose to spend your life wife

Your example if I threaten my wife with setting her on fire if she dares to do anything I don't like. That's not a loving god, that's one that only device is terror. I'll gladly take the flames than worship a weak ass insecure god.

You misunderstand what God was saying. If He demanded worship we wouldn't have a choice. He would take our free will away and make us drones. Yet He doesn't do that. You have the ability to reject Him and talk bad about him on Reddit because He's a good God. If you were having a heart attack and refused medical attention, you have the ability to do that. If God wants to save you from something harmful, begging and pleading with you to take the free gift He gives, and you still refuse to take it, well... you made that choice, not Him.

Somebody breaks the rules and rejects the person they're supposed to admire it doesn't make them the victim. It makes the other person the victim. So in your logic God's the victim not you
